Our reservation was changed to two 1 bedroom units from one 2 bedroom unit the day we were checking in which split up our family. One of the rooms could only be accessed thru the elevator door which was inconvenient and noisy. Positives were the location is great and the units were very clean.

Stick with a good thing!

This was our third stay here and it didn't disappoint. Great service at the front desk including early check in for our return flight. Apartments are roomy, well equipped and have daily maid service. There is better location in Rome.

Great find but dusty

Great place to stay. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Room was in good condition. It was nice to have a full kitchen. I do think the room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust in corners of the room. Neighborhood was amazing! 3 minutes from Trevi fountain, 8 to Colosseum. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend highly.

Excellent location

This hotel is in a very good downtown location, with walking distance to Coliseum, Trevi fountain, shopping, restaurants and transport. My room was comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unique Hotel

Although located down a back alley it is within walking distance to most major sights, 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain, 10 minutes to the colosseum and 25 minutes to the Vatican. Close to shopping and restaurants. I stayed with my daughter in a double studio on the 3rd floor. It had kitchen equipment and a washing machine and also had it's own private terrace although no view to speak of at all. Quiet, clean and air conditioned I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, helpful staff

Within minutes of arriving, we felt right at home in this conveniently located apartment hotel in downtown Rome - walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Palatine Hill. Dozens of excellent restaurants and bars nearby, and great shopping. Would highly recommend La Dolce Vita Residence to anyone visiting Rome.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome

Pros - Location,location, location. Within 15 min walking of Trevi, piazza navona, piazza venezia, campo di fiori, colosseum, pantheon, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Huge apartment suite with washing machine (no dryer). Cons - hard beds, street noise and sirens (not their fault really). Book it, you won't regret it.

central rome

We enjoyed staying at this hotel - stayed on two different occassions and in two different rooms. Rooms are more of the modern variety compared to other hotels in italy; was a central location to many sight seeing locations. cost about 10euro to get here by taxi from train station. wireless internet worked in one room but not the other, internet was free despite price listed on website. was cold one of the nights but unable to find an additional blanket in room. when we booked stayed in studio deluxe and executive room the second time, in hindsight i would just have stayed with studio deluxe, executive is larger and fits 3 people, but we did not need that and could have saved the cash. hotel has elevator (odd to write in review but should mention it as most of them you have to climb 3-4 flights of stairs). would stay here again due to location and it more modern looking interior compared to similarly priced hotels. hotel entrance is off to the side in a short sketchy looking street, but we felt quite safe, even at night. also hotel helped us call a cab for 5am to airport-40euro. standard fare as listed in cabs

O studio era maravilhoso. Os móveis, a cama e a decoração sao novas e modernas e aconchegantes. WiFi perfeito. Otimo para longa estada, com muitos armarios. O acesso possui elevador, no entanto, há vários degraus e niveis nos corredores provavelmente por causa da reforma do predio. E há uma elevada escada da porta do quarto pra cima. No entanto, a localização é perfeita. A comunicação com a administração é péssima, tudo mensagem robotizadas, dificil de efetivamente resolver um problema como o chuveiro q nao esquenta, leva 10 mensagens e 15 minutos pra falar. Mas assim q a comunicação chega, sao bem efetivos. A única coisa que faltava era na kitchenete um microondas ou mini forno para completar a longa estada. Perto de padarias e restaurantes e mercados e as principais avenidas.

最初にサービスアパートメントを訪れ、部屋にエレベーターであがる際、エレベーターに閉じ込められました。緊急時に押すボタンを押し続けましたが、応答がありませんでした。電波が入らず、ヌマと連絡をとることも困難でした。 15分以上推し続け、ベルを鳴らし続けていると、お掃除の方が気がついてくれたのですが、イタリア語しかできないため、状況を伝えることも難しく、何度も切られましたが、翻訳アプリでなんとか伝えることができました。チェックインの少し前のことだったので、後から来た宿泊客が騒いでくれたおかげもあったと思います。 しばらくすると、ようやく救助の方が来ました。またエレベーターのドアを開けるのに手こずりましたが、なんとか開けてもらい、ようやく外に出ることができました。 しかし外国で、30分くらい痩せた男1人女2人がなんとか入れるくらいの見たことないくらい狭いエレベーターに閉じ込められた不安と恐怖は、忘れることができません。 レセプションがなく、暗証番号で入れるのは便利な一方、何かあった時の連絡や対応が遅れるというデメリットを痛感することとなりました。 何もなければ、部屋も広くきれいでよかったですが、それにまさるシステムの不便さと怖さを感じることとなりました。 対応としても、不満でした。
