The 3 Pools are amazing. The rooms were ordinary, however the view over the lights from the Phuket FantaSea and Carnival Magic shows were great at night

Other near by towns seemed to have more to offer, rather small quiet area, which if this is what you are after then perfect. The hotel was great, as were the staff. However, the gym facilities were not as expected - looked okay but a lot of the kit was damaged/old/not working properly

Nice place for families, although I was not traveling with a family. Facilities were nice, staff was great and the nightlife was just a 10 minute easy walk away. Downside is it’s a bit loud. Can hear every slamming door outside the hallway from inside the room.

This place has only been around since 2019 and only just getting on its feet. The quality of the build is suspect and there are numerous hazzards, such as unprotected drops, railings and barriers that are insufficient to prevent falls and unevenly built stairs. It's an accident waiting to happen. In Europe or North America it would be shut down by building control until repairs and improvements were carried out.

Helt greit hotell for pengene

Kjempe fint hotell med både muligheter til massasje og drinker i bassenget. God mat i restauranten med hyggelig betjening. Kamala var dog en litt kjedelig plass nu utfor sesong, men ta en tuktuk til Patong så finner du galskap nok.

Det var et veldig fint hotell med hjelpsomt personale. Noe som var litt plagsomt var at det var litt maur inne på rommet, og det andre paret vi reiste med måtte bytte rom på grunn av maur. Restauranten oppe på New York bygget som det heter hadde litt lite utvalg mener vi. Ellers likte vi det, mange basseng å velge mellom, mange solstoler så det slipper å være en kamp.

I loved having an apartment that was so modern and filled with all the amenities needed. Was nice having a couple pools aswell. Was not a far walk from the beach and had a small food market just a 2 min walk away

Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja iso plussa oli toimiva ja iso kuntosali käytössä ilmaiseksi. vastaanotossa palvelu ei ollut kovin yritteliästä, mutta asiat saatiin selvitettyä tavalla tai toisella. Aamiainen oli laadukas ja muutenkin hotellialue kiva. Hieman syrjässä rannasta ja palveluista, mutta meitä se ei haitannut.

Fint hotell og flotte bassengområder

Veldig flott hotell, tar ca 5 min til nærmeste 7/11 og 10 min til stranda. Førsteinntrykket av hotellet er veldig fint og bra, spesielt i fellesområdene. Bassengområdene er veldig fine. Vi testet kun ut maten fra bassengbaren, den var grei. Fikk mye mat i porsjonene der. Selve rommet var det litt dårlig renhold på, og du merket at bygget var gammelt. På natten når det var vind ute bråkte vinduene veldig mye, så det var litt vanskelig å sovne av og til. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig, og de ulike bassengbarene var også veldig fine med behagelig atmosfære. Treningssenteret var overraskende bra, det eneste minuset der var at møllene var noe gamle og det føltes litt vinglete å løpe fort på dem. Ellers veldig god plass og mye forskjellige vekter og apparater.

Die Zimmer sind schmutzig (Schimmel, Staubmotten, schmutzige Möbel etc.). Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist sehr schwer, da sich die Mitarbeiter nicht gerade kooperativ zeigen. Von den drei Sky Bars hat nur eine geöffnet. Die Pools auf den Dachterrassen kann man nicht nutzen.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Kolme uima-allasta, kahvila ja ravintolat palvelivat hyvin. Kaikki sujui hyvin, ja shuttle buss rantaan ja Kamalan keskustaan oli kätevä. Huoneissa maatyypillisesti pieniä vikoja, mutta oli tarpeeksi siistiä.

Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. Could be more thorough with thrirt Hotel has a self service laundromat on the ground floor. Ample free parking with easy access to elevators to get to your room.

Ligger lidt ødet, men fin gåafstand til byen og stranden. Der er ekstremt meget klor i poolen, som misfarver smykker, badetøj og håndklæder. Så bad i jeres gamle badetøj, da det der var hvidt - bliver til grønt…
