The location is excellent for us get around the city. Vera the manager always available for our questions We also love the view. As seniors we would love to have more lights in the apartment. Taxi station closed by gave us very reasonable rate every time. Cafe downstairs is a big plus. Definitely stay here next time

The apartment was beautiful with easy check in and out but, the only downside was the cleaning crew. The Cleaning lady didn’t clean as good as what you expect in a hotel the first day and when she came while we were there but wanted her to clean, she didn’t understand and rushed in just to put some new towels and left immediately. She didn’t show up after that despite us turning the green light (request to clean).

Great place for a short stay.

The apartment is a little dated and not really suited for 4 people. The second bed is a day bed. The view is to die for, an incredible place to watch the sunset. Also the apartment is a very good size.

The hotel was in the perfect place. Near the shopping centre with a mind blowing view. I stayed with my husband and daughter for 14 days and i loved every minute of my stay. The coffee shop downstairs was perfect for breakfast and snacks. The only downfall was that there was 2 bedrooms but no dressing table. Apart from that i have no other complaints. I was welcomed very warmly by Veeri. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay near Taksim Square. Thank you

Really wanted to like the place but ...

I really wanted to like the place but there were serious issues with this place that I can't ignore. Here is a summary: The Good - Perfect location, with close proximity to all attractions and necessities you might need as a tourist. Beautifully designed with quality furniture and very comfortable beds (even the bunk beds). Very meticulous and consistent daily cleaning. The Bad - Very poor soundproofing! The apartment is facing a very busy street with non-stop honking. It was not possible to close the window tightly enough to prevent the noise. On top of that, the noise from the unit downstairs was totally audible (they were a very loud group) and woke us up a few times. The Worst - There is a cigar lounge on the mezzanine of the coffee shop. I don't know how but by 11AM the smoke has already made it's way to the unit and stayed there for the rest of the day which was very inconvenient. Also, on the third day a very pungent smell started to come out of the drainage system in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink that was extremely unpleasant. Although we mentioned the problems to Mehmet he was not able to resolve the issues and follow up on them.

The apartment was large and had everything needed for a good stay. The view of Istanbul can't be beat at the price they charge. The coffee shop downstairs is really handy to have for a snack or coffee in the morning. The manager, Mehmet, goes out of his way to be helpful, even making sure that I was able to find a clinic to get my PCR test done so I could return to the US.

Great stay

Stay Lab is fantastic because of the location and the gentle staff. It could be a little more clean, especially because of the huge windows and room bay window. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is a little small. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is easily walkable. Overall I recommend it.

Perfect stay

I had the perfect stay here. The location is exceptional (just 2 minutes from a big road for shopping and about a 40 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar). It was clean, private, and very comfortable. The coffee shop downstairs was a wonderful bonus and everyone we spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. There is quite a bit of car noise on the street below, but everything else was so wonderful it didn't bother us much. We will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip to Istanbul.

Reliable communication and great service

My husband and I were in Istanbul 2 weeks for the renowned beauty surgical treatment. The location and view is great. The service given is welcoming and easy. For the surgical recovery reasons we realized the room set up is not enough for us and we chose a non-refundable policy for all our nights here. Luckily the manager is a great guy and understood our situation. We got all our rest not-to-stay nights fully refunded without a problem. Surprise happens all the time during trip but it is the reliability and communication set good hotels at a higher bar. It is indeed a great place to stay for a usual touring trip. The view and vibe are truly awesome.
