The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you need for a nice stay. It’s in a great location close to everything Blackpool has to offer. The hosts left a nice present for me which was really nice of them. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Fantastic apartments

I really enjoyed my stay at Granada apartments, very well equipped, comfortable and spotless, the keycode entry system is easy to use, parking provided was straightforward, the only issue I encountered was early mornings when there was folk moving about at the main door (which was adjacent to my bedroom), on both mornings there was loud creaking which woke me on a few occasions , but other than that I really enjoyed my stay

Fabulous seafront Apartments

Lovely helpful staff on the phone. Easy to find with free parking right in front. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and clean with all the extras you dont always expect. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and Warm- once we figured out how to turn on the heating! Comfortable cozy bed. Great shower. Just didnt know what soap was for what! Place was right across the street from the Tram and the beach.

It was OK, we were 5 guys on a laid back day away. We kept having a guy (there who said he was the manager) ask us to be quiet and I definitely say we were not particularly loud. It didn't effect our trip too much but it was annoying.

Granada Apartments

The only problem was the scaffolding rattled all night against the window & the person using the lounge as a bed didn’t sleep at all as it kept them awake. The pull out bed was broken and wouldn’t attach to the sofa so it would have been a disaster if it was two people sleeping in the double sofa bed. Fortunately it was only one person. Otherwise a wonderful apartment.

Blackpool Family Break - Excellent Accomodation

We booked this apartment on our first time using hotels.com, and it turns out it was the hosts first booking through them. Booking and arrival was straightforward, with ample parking provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the streaming services on the TV and wi-fi were excellent, and very welcome considering we had 4 children with tablets! The nearest tram station was less than 100 yards away, with a great range of restaurants and take aways literally round the corner. A Sainsbury supermarket was also less than 5 minutes walk away. There was also a small play park across the road from which we could watch the kids, very reassuring, and of course a sea view. If I was to return to Blackpool for a short break, this would be the first place I would try to book my stay at. Excellent value, and a very friendly host. 5*

We stayed at the property for one night. Space wise and use wise this was really good for us. Unfortunately what spoiled it - *Arrived to a pair of girls pants right outside the main back door of the property *Noise from upstairs neighbours was very loud. *Noise from lift/elevator room which was directly in our property was so loud during the day and night that it woke the children and they couldn’t sleep. This noise which i am guessing is from a lift to the other units is right outside one of the bedrooms and when the lift is used, the noise generated is extremely loud. This happened frequently during the evening and even more so this morning. This really spoiled our stay and wasn’t mentioned to us at booking. If this had been mentioned, when booking, I probably would have chosen another apartment.

Good and bad points

The apartment is very handy for the tram. There is parking behind and in front of the property. The damage deposit feels concerning when an unknown person calls you up to ask to give your card details to pay. It is legitimate though and mine was refunded back within 5 days. We stayed at apartment 9 which overall was well looked after and clean apart from the black substances blocking the shower head we had to clean to enable the shower to work. The couch was also stained and very unclean to the touch which meant we didn't want to sleep on it. We called and requested the king be made a twin which they did quite quickly and were apologetic about the couch.
