My room was located beside the ice machine and vending machine. I should have asked to change rooms. The staff also chose unusual times to vacuum, such as 6 am and 10 pm. The location is perfect for those attending Franciscan University events. It was good value for the cost.

Pathetic

Not very good. I booked 3 rooms, all of them were having severe smoke smell. Stayed for two nights, both nights Fire Alarm started at mid night with no reason.

This property is no longer a Super 8 hotel it is a college dorm. And when i called expedia to find out what was going on they had no answers and saud sirry to me at midnight 4 hrs from home expecting to have a place to sleep

Do not stay here!

Check in was very slow and they did not have the room we reserved. We reserved a queen and got 2 doubles. There are no amenities at this “hotel”. The room was not properly cleaned or even cleaned at all. Our key card did not work to even let us into the hotel when we returned a little after midnight. We had to wait for the attendant to let us in. He didn’t even apologize for our inconvenience and just admitted that it is a known problem that they have no intention of fixing.

Bad experience, never again will I stay here.

Took forever to get checked in, not friendly at all. Room had a horrible smell, like someone was smoking. No tissues Bad experience.

Our stay was good except for the fact that they were unable to provide breakfast due to covid. The wifi was spotty at times but for the most part ok.

Poor internet and lots of hallway traffic at 3am

Unless your not more than a few doors down from the office end the internet service is horrible. If you like heavy traffic at all hours of the night then you won't like this place.

Spoiled milk!

TV remote did not work, room phone did not work and in the morning for breakfast the milk was spoiled and chunky! My daughter ate it, not knowing it was spoiled and the front desk clerk didn’t seem to care. He kept asking my husband what he wanted him to do. Not sure if the milk issue was ever fixed.

I didn’t like people trying to get into my room at 5am and the staff give them the wrong key and I have to wake up to someone breaking into my room and got a phone call at 5am from the front dask that’s not what I wanted to wake up from

A good room for the price... affordable... nice staff, very accommodating... may be some issues for people with mobility issues... stairs from parking lot, and stairs to each floor - no elevator.
