The check in was a nightmare as it's by telephone only and isn't practical for a deaf person. Had to beg a cleaner to call on my behalf. That was stressful and would have liked to know this in advance so that I could come to an alternative arrangement. My baggage arrived late so I was stressed out waiting for my luggage to arrive especially there was no one at the reception so I could not go out and enjoy myself. Other than that the room was clean and adequate.

This was a small apartment but it worked well for our short stay. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It is a bit of a walk to city centre so keep that in mind, but there is transit nearby. Would recommend this place if you are on a smaller budget.

The location was very good. The weather was very hot, and each room should have a fan in it. There were small black ants in the kitchen, but overall the stay was comfortable.

Great place

We stayed in a spacious and clean loft-style apartment. The staff was extremely helpful when our flight was delayed getting there, and allowed us to check in at 5am the next day. My only complaint is that our specific shower was stuck on a rather hot temperature, but tech malfunctions happen and it was fine

Would go elsewhere

The room had some pros and cons. It was modern, safe, had a kitchen, and was not to far from the city. However, it was very small (a hall with a bed), there was also mold on the bathroom ceiling. It felt like they upgraded everything but forgot to take care of it. The parking is an additional fee and was very expensive. Overall I would have put the extra money from parking into a better hotel for the same total cost.

Good value

Overall good experience but when we arrived the kitchen area and cookplate in our appartment were not cleaned. We could still smell the fried fish. Windows open and cooktop cleaning and it was solved

Rude and unhelpful staff, unwilling to help, not even willinh to provide directions on how to get to the room which is located in a building next door. Room is more like a hole in the wall. Every time you stand up, you better watch your head or it may hit the ceiling. To get in the bed you have to crawl in, not possible to get close to the bed in standing position. The area is shady. Not recommended, not worth the value.

A Little Out of the Way

This hotel is not wheelchair accessible and you have to climb 20 steps before you enter the building. Once inside you may have 2 or 3 more steps in order to access your room. The room and hallways were very clean and the room was comfortable.

Don't be fooled by the advertised price...

This is a hotel that tries to tell you it is a hostel when you arrive and then tries to charge you for linen and use of the kitchen facilities in addition to the room price. The advertising is misleading! if we had not strongly objected and the manager not been accommodating the reasonable price would have become unreasonable. The rooms were small and basic but clean and the hotel was quite close to the Oslo subway system which made it very convenient.

The apartment was satisfactory and not too far from the city center. However, everything else was disappointing. Check-in was done over the phone, and there was no staff present to assist with any issues. I called to report that there was no heating in the room, but no one came to check it. As a result, I had to stay without heating for two days. Additionally, another issue was that they required a deposit for potential damages in order to access the room. A young man from another room didn’t have the money to pay in advance the deposit, leaving him in distress. As for my own deposit, two weeks have passed, and it still hasn’t been refunded.
