I liked the ease of arrival and easy access to our room. I like the close by walking distance to various restaurants and subway stops. I didnt like the steps.goijg into our.room. it goes up and then down Because it was late at night, i had triped 3 times and fell down badly. My dad also tripped twice and fell as well. Please fix the step problem or place some sort of safety border. Glow in the dark edges, reflectors.and etcetera. I also like the vaccuum where i was able to clean the floor a little bit upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book again in the future. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, spacious, and close to major tourist attractions. Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and Takashimaya are all within walking distance. The unit is well-equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, and washing machine, though it does not have a drying function. There's a balcony if you need to hang dry clothes but the coin laundry is also just around the corner. The hosts have written instructions very clearly but are also quick to communicate if you have any questions. We could hear some street noise sometimes, but not to the point that it bothered us. This would be a great option for longer stays; we wish we had stayed here for more than a few nights!

Great place and had a washer to use.

Took a bit during check in to get the code to open the keybox to get the key, lucky a man was able to help. But other than that it was a good place thought it would be a bit closer to dontonburi street but still very walkable.

Very clean and modern hotel that easily accommodated our family of 5. Separate washroom and shower room and a decent kitchen all away from the living room/sleeping area. Self check-in and out was simple and communication with the manager was easy. Only complaint would be that the location is a bit further from the train station than we would have liked but it is still walkable. 5 minute walk to the heart of Dontunburi area as well. Laundry mat and convenience stores are a minute away.

The place is excellent, except for the bed, it was very old or damaged so the rest was zero, and the pillows were very thin, I had to put a shirt on a cushion to be able to sleep more or less. Resting in Japan is something essential after long walks during the day, it is something you should pay attention to. Everything else, the place is perfect.

I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri. What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron. Everything else is great.

방음이 잘 안되는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 구글지도에서 art in hotel로 안내가 나와 헷갈렸고요 마지막으로 지난 일요일 오전에 화재알람벨이 두차례 울려 놀랬으나 그에 따른 방송이 나오지 않아 불안했습니다. 그 외에 도톤보리 인접성, 깨끗함 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 체크아웃후에 짐을맡길 수 있는점 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할것같네요

Overall good place to stay. The washing machine didn't dry clothes very well, and the bed linens needed changing. We would stay here again provided those items were addressed.
