Good choice, family hotel.

Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.

Not really obvious hotel in a commercial area a bit outside of the city, but no noisy surrounding. No restaurant. You will need a car to go there. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, too, even continental style, as usual. Friendly staff at the reception. Good place to stay.

We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

The property is located in a commercial area way outside the city. There is a tram that stops outside that takes you in to Besancon and a large retail park 20 mins walk away. The room we had was huge with all facilities you’d need except aircon which we really needed! There was a huge balcony with a great view of the mountains. Unfortunately there was a gang of people congregated in the car park until the early hours which made me happy our car was in the underground parking that I would recommend.

It’s situated in a housing estate, we arrived late at night and there was car racing going on until the early hours of the morning. We felt quite uneasy in the room. You could hear everything and anyone that walked past, so the rooms are definitely not It soundproofed as it stated on the listing. The telephone was broken and on the floor there was a strange smell in the room and the floor was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I made a mistake when making the reservation for 3 days in this hotel that is not central and when I wanted to cancel they did not accept it, I was not able to cancel a single day and they charged me the full rate for every day, they are not flexible, from my point of view view they could have charged me one day for cancellation and the other two days they could have canceled since I did it 24 hours in advance

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider verfügt das Zimmer nicht über eine Klimaanlage und es ist extrem heiß. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Fotos – sie sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafcouch ist äußerst unbequem, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Pragmatisch, aber schwierig für Familien im Sommer

Der Check-in war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, auch der Check-out verlief online wegen zu früher Abreisezeit sehr einfach und reibungslos. Das Haus ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Familienzimmer war zwar sauber und gepflegt, aber einfach ausgestattet - soweit okay. Was den Aufenthalt leider stark getrübt hat, war die Temperatur im Zimmer. Es waren heiße Tage, aber es gab keinerlei Klimatisierung, nur einen einzelnen Ventilator für zwei Schlafräume. Gerade mit Kindern war die Nacht dadurch sehr anstrengend. Für Familien in den Sommermonaten aus unserer Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.

Séjour en pleine canicule, je n'avais pas fait attention au fait qu'il n'y avait pas la clim dans la chambre. Ventilateur à disposition tout de même. Gros point noir sur la nuit passée : beaucoup de bruit dehors par une bande. Burns avec les voitures, musique à fond, alcool, etc... tout cela juste en bas sur le parking. Obligés d'appeler le 17, personne à la réception la nuit.
