Don’t expect good communication or empathy from the property. Trains were cancelled to go to Valencia because of the floods and they refused to respond to my calls/emails/messages regarding refunds. Had to get an expedia agent to call the property and they said they would offer to rebook but when I try to reach out there was no response. Horrible experience.. would not recommend

The property is beautiful and the code system is made us feel very secure in our flat. The location is 15mins walk away from the Old town and 15mins car ride away from the beach with worked perfectly for our itinerary. The only downside is that certain areas of the floor were dirty and the cups and cutlery needed to be washed before use. We also ran out of shampoo, soap and toilet paper and wished more consideration was put into the fact that we were three people staying for three nights when calculating quantities. Overall, we would stay again at this flat or othe Voghe properties.

Nice apartment. Well located.

This property is modern, spacious and very located to all the best sites in Valencia. Walking to from the apartment was a breeze. The only negative is that this is not a hotel and doesn’t have a front desk/ reception. Only communication is through WhatsApp or mobile. The apartment could use more basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, a mirror located outside the bathroom etc). Overall a wonderful property well located in the heart of Valencia. I would stay again.

Frustrated

The apartment is in a great location. Other than that, everything about the apartment is very basic. For our 4 nights of stay, they gave us 2 pods of coffee, 2 tiny vials of shampoo and gel. There’s no soap in the bathroom and zero supply in the kitchen. When I told the office that there were no supplies, I was told that there’s a supermarket nearby where I could buy my own supplies. We arrived very tired from a long trip and we couldn’t even wash our hands in the bathroom. I had to follow up to get the entry code for the premises. They were supposed to contact me a few days before arrival. But no one did. I had to do the chasing to get the code. No service provided. When I asked if they could order us a taxi to take us to the train station, they said they can only send a taxi if we are going to the airport. The reply to my What’s up sent in the morning was answered only in the late afternoon.

Great modern, well appointed place, in a very convenient locatiion. Walking distance to the Central Market, many shops, and restaurants. Grocery store a few steps away. We didn’t have a car so it was great to be a few minutes walk away from the train station.

Whoever came up with this apartment idea is a genius. Nice apartments, comfortable, just wonderful. Anonymous use (never meet anyone.). I am from the Artic and the air conditioning is wonderful. Wish I could stay longer than one night. Location location, location. By the Train station close to the Main market and the old city destinations. Reasonable price. In my 2 week vacation in Spain, this was my favorite place and I stayed the least amount of time there.

Location of this property is excellent, walkable to the all cultural attractions. Convinience store around the corner. Be aware - no safe in the apartment. Clean, modern and cozy apartment. I would recomend it.

Tried to communicate that the cold water for the shower wasn’t working and they did nothing so we couldn’t have showers due to the water being scalding hot! They never even replied back to us on it. Very disappointed

Great location, great apartment, awesome view

The apartment was great. Clean, a lot of space, great view. Very comfortable stay. Unbeatable location and close to the metro, which was very convenient. Communicative up until check-in and after check-out. Has self-check-in luggage storage, but beware that your code to get into the building and pick up your stuff will expire at 11am when check-out happens, so leave extra time to contact hosts or plan in advance and get another code. I would stay here again if I came back to Valencia. Don't get attached to the pictures in the listing, they are from a different room and the one you get is a surprise, though the whole building is nice. It didn't bother me as I suspect it gives them more flexibility -- they were able to let me check in early which I truly appreciated.

Great place for a family or small group

It is a great place to stay as a family or group. My only negative comment is that some times early in the morning there is too much noise from the cleaners. But all in all a great place well located and clean ( although I found a pair of disposable lenses in the shower)
