This timeshare property has some benefits: low price, free parking. Otherwise: no housekeeping, air conditioner smelled terrible, no elevator for access to our 3rd floor rental. We might rent again based on low prices but would hope they clean their air conditioner units prior to returning

We did not have a good experience here. Lack of communication at the first desk -security is at the front desk at night and did not explain check in process. The room was musty and the AC was loud. The humidity in the room made the room feel uncomfortable. When trying to address issues with the hotel , management was either not available or they ignored our emails. The front desk would say managers were not available. We left early and asked for a refund for just one night which was not accommodated . Overall -I would not recommend this hotel. It seems like they don’t care about their customers experience.

The phone and tv didn't work for 3 days and a have out of 5 days. A man can the first day and couldn't fix it and said the manager was off for 2 days. A lack of effort by the direction. I want a partial refund of this issues. Thanks

Great unit on the beach

Great location directly on the beach and as such great for long walks on the beach. Staff pleasant and courteous. Would go back anytime. All amenities provided. All in all a delightful 4 day stay.

Great property on the beach. Immaculate grounds. Comfortable units. Check-in was excellent. Received our unit by 11 in the morning as we were coming off a cruise. Will definitely be coming back.

Once you get into your unit, its is very nice. But as I was walking to it, I was a bit skeptical. The outside needs to be updated. Overall, it was ok. We had an ocean view so we were happy with that.
