The staff were so helpful and amazing. The room was very clean, we had a room with bunk beds and it was perfect for our young kids. The room was exactly how it was described. We also used the laundry facilities and it was kept clean and very useful for hotel guests.

This is the 3rd Mimaru hotel that we stayed at for our Japan trip and again we loved it! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the subway stop was a little farther away compared to the other Mimaru hotels we stayed at. It takes about 8-10 min walk to a subway station.
