it was awesome area..check in smooth. everything was good..and clean! the aircond remote did give me some problem. but i did fix it and they are very attentive . basically replied everything you ask in a very short time. Helpful i would say! make me feel like home.

nice & comfortable stay for 1 bedder. Free entertainment such as “invisible” children running in living room. adds to the fun & excitement. when i put netflix show on pause, after a brief moment, the “kids” will hit play for me. highly recommended for thriller seekers, ask for Blk B, high floor above level 33

Great. The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms max 7 to 8 ppl. Important it is not stuffy when we first walk into the unit. Had good sleep. Management do provide mop and floor cleaner. Plates, mugs, utensil, frying pan too. For muslim pls bring your own purification soap (sabun sertu) To me the building is clean and there's crowd. Hope management can maintain the cleanliness of the building and all units for better stay. Thank you ihousing team.

Worst night ever.

What a joke. The apartment was disgusting. Minimal furniture. Wall paint was delaminating. Curtains falling off rail. Balcony furniture rotting. Bathroom floor covered in soap scum. Old dirty bedcovers under kitchen sink. Bed stank. We burst into tears. Wifi access was detailed on a sign near the tv, but the password wasn't correct. Because we checked in late into the evening, and didn't have a means of identifying alternative accommodation, we slept in our clothes on the bed, and departed as early as we could the next morning, foregoing our (paid for) second night. Worst experience we've had in more than ten years of using on-line (sight unseen) hotel bookings. Yuk

Could be alot better

Quite a hassle to book before arriving. Need to fill out forms and send multiple documents which was annoying and had to keep prompting them to give me info how to check in. Quite dirty on arrival and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Bathroom sink blocked (which I unblocked myself). Lots of unnecessary stuff left in the condo...like several routers. If they're obsolete, dump them! The bedroom curtains were hopeless for blocking light in the morning. TV channels non existent and couldn't watch anything except Utube. Swimming pool and sauna need to be pre booked

Washing machine is working. however, water hose / connection is missing. host is very responsive on whatsapp but actual problem solving is far from satisfactory. my car ran into issues. I seek their assistance to inform guard room & seek permission to park on level 1 instead of level 4 for visitors. I was informed that they have no guard room contacts. I had to seek my friend who is living in the same condominium to contact guard room & got a reply in 5mins. the property is great, i have little to complain. I dont need much service but when I need them, i did hope they were more dependable.
