Poor service No shampoo or shower gel in rooms Requests takentime to be answered. They remove towels without putting new ones, i had to ask for it. Arrived a day late due to cancelled flight, thus lost a night on my reservation, they wouldnt do anything about it and even denied me when i asked for a late checkout on the last day.

Excellent value for rooms. We booked a 3rd floor room and had some street noise at night ( a very noisy neighbor down the hall smoking cannabis-like products which was a recurring problem during our stay despite informing the front desk). Amazing jacuzzi bathtub in room. Excellent view from rooftop restaurant and rooftop pool. Close proximity to great restaurants, walkable. Modest walk (approx 30 mins) to Santa Fe Mall. Could benefit from a 2nd elevator as single elevator is slow for hotel. Would consider returning for future stay but might book a higher floor to avoid street noise.

I hate to leave a bad review but you need a warning about penthouse 902. The penthouse was destroyed with water damage, a massive tarp in one room hiding god knows what and there was excessive black mold on the walls and the ceiling. In some spots it appeared as though someone had attempted to paint over it……. and some they tried to hide with art work. The hot tub was broken and they gave us two towels per person with no wash clothes or hand towels. For a premium price you should get a premium product and not a disgusting mess with poor service. Now all this being said, the hotel has the bones to be a premium product but at this moment it’s anything but. I stayed here when it first opened and it was a nice place. Hopefully one day it’s managed properly and I can stay again as the location and setting are amazing.

This property is one of the cleanest properties in Medellin. The staff is amazing, Maria always amazed me, she really knows how to put a simile on people. The rooms are clean, the wash rooms are clean, the roof top has an amazing view with a bar. I would definitely come back to this hotel !

If you want to be in the middle of Provenzas night life it’s a good spot. Very loud, night club on the roof. Walkable but still be cautious! For the room I booked the room is the size of the bed with 1 foot on each side that is the entire room. The bathroom is decent. For the price there are way better options in el poblado but that depends on what you want.

The property was beautiful. But it's to noisy. And what I experience in my room was the worse thing I ever encountered. Very graphic porn. Crazy thing is I wasn't the only guest as I learned one other at the pool had the same on his tv and he too had just checked in. And I mean it was bad. They need to clear the servers. It makes you paranoid as to what took place where you about to lay. And I was offered a drink for that. Then the linen was dirty. No one said anything about that. Also I stated no housekeeping. I even had the housekeeping sign on the door my entire stay and they just still find their way to come in and clean my room as it was only me.. however I ended up having items missing entire make up bag with foundation lip, glosses brushes, all missing. I will say I am addicted to my lipgloss so I do travel with about three or four of them. The entire bag was gone missing I mentioned that as well they claim they will look up the cameras to see who entered the room OK again I stated at the beginning at check-in. I did not want any housekeeping and was advised to just put the do not disturb sign on the door. I had that sign on the door From the time I went to the room to the time I checked out the hotel. So why would anyone answer without my consent unless there is a policy that I don't know about where you will clean a room, even with the do not disturb sign on not knowing if a guest is still in their room. It's just too many things. That's my experience.
