It’s a nice property as long as your fellow borders keep it clean. The maid staff is helpful.. recommend highly that you park your car in covered parking and pay for it. My car was stolen . The New Orleans Police Department is not helpful at all factor antagonistic to crime victims. It really is a shame because it’s a beautiful city and the people in it were so kind to me at a bad time..

I was assured that my booking was set and they would provide the check-in code well before check-in. I was told everything was good. 2hours before check-in, still no code. I called to check with their customer service and they said they could not find my reservation. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Excellent value. Need to look for the check in codes a little harder than you should need to but other than that check in was a breeze. Great space. Stayed with grandparents and kids. Highly recommend.

As described I got the 5 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. Everything was fine and easy to access. Parking lot in the back of the building with issued code access to the main entry and to your apartment. The staff responded quickly to any issues that I had via Expedia messager.

I couldn’t have access to one of the guess room in the middle of the night, keep calling the customer center and I had always the same answer that it didn’t help me to open.

There were a couple things that needed to be fixed. There was a light fixture hanging and a dead water bug in one of this bed. Other than that every was perfect

We arrived at 1am, they never sent the code to gain entry. We had to pay an additional $400 to get a hotel at 3:30am. They sent the code at 4, 12hr after we booked it. We drove 5hr to stand in a parking lot for 2.5hrs. 0/10

This was the wirst experience ever! We got to the hotel and it doesn’t exist. We were stranded with nowhere to stay. It was an absolute nightmare.
