A stunning resort with immediate access to the beach (beach service IS included so that alone makes this the BEST hotel in all of Jurere!). Great staff, clean comfortable suites, most have great views. Pools are amazing. Personally, we found that there were too many children. This is a very family friendly resort so it should have been expected but yes, there are hundreds of children roaming around and in the pools, including the deep adults pools. Not a problem, this is how locals like to vacation. Also, we were told outside beverages were not allowed but we saw people by the pool with coolers and glass bottles, i don't care about the outside beer but PLEASE do not allow people to bring glass bottles to the pool. Perfectly located next to the beach, next to the OPEN commercial area, tons of amazing, wonderful food. A stunning place, pricey but it's the only place that has such convenient access to the beach and world class swimming pools. We did not have breakfast here, it is incredibly overpriced, but there are tons of great and delicious breakfast options within a 5 min walk. NOTE: This is NOT a "Hotel", this is a resort so if you stay here you are basically renting out someone's condo. Not an issue, it's truly a stunning resort.

o apartamento de lateral com vista ampla para o Mar, essa foi minha escolha por isso o preço era bem superior aos outros, acontece que ao adentrar na propriedade me deparei com uma plca pendurada na porta/janela que dá acesso a sacada/varanda, que dizia que não era prara acessar porque estava em reforma, mas esta informação não constava no ato dea reserva, paguei por aquilo que não tive, ou melhor, era uma compensação do progroma do Hoteis.com. por utilizar 10 diárias, reclamei na portaria do hotem me responderam que não poderia fazer nada por aquela propriedade era de terceiros. ficou por isso mesmo.

Fomos para um casamento em um grupo grande e tentamos por dois dias sem sucesso a disponibilidade de um transformador para usarmos o nosso stemmer que era de 127w . Começamos a pedir na quinta até o sábado e não fomos atendidas, sempre a resposta era “vou tentar”.😡😡😡😡😡

Tudo excelente e muito bom. Somente penso que as torneiras da pia da cozinha e do banheiro, esta na hora de substituir pois sem condições de lavar algo ou o rosto sem molhar tudo. Chuveiro tambem esta na hora de atualizar. No restante, excelente acomodação e hotel.
