Amazing location, person we communicated tried to be helpful. However if you come late night with the car, you may have a problem with parking. Also appartment wasnt cleaned well, had no soap, not enough towels.

Disappointing stay

The internet did not work at all in the back half of the apartment (where there was a desk for working). In the living room area, it was was very poor and lots of Zoom calls were dropped. The check in experience was horrible. They have no staff in the building but rather in another building 2 blocks away. You have to use your phone to open building and unit doors, and they insist they cannot give you a key or card. The kitchen lacked some basic things: cutting board, knife to cut vegetables/meat/bowls for cereal. An alarm went off twice, once at 1am in the morning. It was dysfunctional and I notified them both times. That I had to be woken up at 1am and then notify them a second time speaks to the poor service. When you write to them, a chat bot answers you. It doesn't identify itself as a chat bot, so this conversation be a real waste of time. I would rather wait for their working hours than have a chat with a bot. The hotel is located half a block from the Plaza del Sol. It has 2 metro lines and a train line (cercanías). It was very convenient. However, the street (Arenal) was so incredibly busy, you couldn't walk around. I have never seen such a busy street in my life, and I personally found it very unpleasant.

Excellent cental location. Apartment spartan but clean and functional. Could do with a spatula and a few more dishes/cooking utensils. Should have clearer explanation of how to get into building and apt.

Great location....uncomfortable stay

Communication from the management could have been better. It took us 15 minutes to find the building once we were dropped off by the uber. Elevator takes you to only foors 1, 2 and 5. My room was on 4 which meant I had to lift my luggage on the stairs. The hot water tank is very small. It produces hot water enough for just one person. The water pressure is extremely low as well. Wifi didnt work for me at all during our stay.

Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Close distance to a few metro stations. The place was good except for the sofa bed. Extremely uncomfortable and no room to use kitchen when its unfolded.

Suites You'll Zinc You Got Scammed

Where to start... The unit is not representative of the pictures seen on the ad. It is pretty basic to say the least. Queen bed 1 pillow each, fitted sheet that doesn't fit. No surface or place to put anything down. Weird sewer smell but that's prob the city. Hot water optional. Rodents welcome but in dark staircase only, thank god. Oh by the way they say no elevator but you realize there is one after schlepping your luggage up 5 flight up. (Travel tip: take the elevator to 5. Walk down.) Be prepared also to have plenty of time on hand to sort out the various mishaps that will happen with their app to get in and out of the place. And when you do manage to open the door, be very cautious of mangling your hand. Location is choice. You'll love it. Godspeed. PS: about the bed bugs, you didn't hear it from me.

Hard to communicate with some responsable

The location is nice but overall the appartement is missing a lot of stuff the air conditioning was not working and at night it was really cold. To talk to someone or to make a complaint there’s no one you can talk to.

Beware, the tiniest of windows! If you suffer from claustrophobia, do not book this suite There are two very small windows, quite high from which you can barely see below. Otherwise, nice big bedrooms with two bathrooms and small lounge with a much too big tv for the distance from the pull out couch. Overall, everything needed is there but all every awkwardly configured

Should change their name to Suites You Stink! No adequate communication and no effective help!!! We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights One room had no proper AC for all of our stay while in the middle of a heat wave. We had to argue to secure basic amenities like soap and linen for the sofa bed. No towel service even if we asked and the plumbing overflowed.... Amazing location, great bed but every thing else was problematic. They had 3 days to fix it but came up short... So yes, your new name is Suites You Stink!

Steps from Sol subway station

Location is amazing, right between the royal palace and plaza del Sol. Water heater works for about a 4 minute shower, then takes a while to heat up again. You can hear the neighbours talking because the walls are so thin, but the beds are compfy. Steps from the subway station. The balcony is too small to fit a chair, but it exists technically. Overall was nice

central location

The suites are spacious and in a great location with great security to get in. The rooms can use better storage for luggage and clothes. The only BIG negative. The walls are THIN you will your neighbors, you will hear every. Little. Motion, moan and thump. So if you take kids keep them Out of the room with an adjacent wall.

The surrounding area was great at this place. Everything was nearby and convenient. However, the place itself was outdated. The water heater needed a value replacement and we did not have hot water for hours. I reached out to receptionist and we were not provided with an update until I reached back out once a few hours had passed by. Room was clean, but the entrance and other floors appear to be hostels and there was a slight confusion. It was a good place to just sleep and get ready for the day.
