It’s an old hotel right in the heart of Brisbane. It is opposite the central train station which is very convenient for transportation to and from the airports. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet given its location. The hotel ambience was lovely: a nice change from modern hotel chains. I would recommend this hotel.

Character Hotel

This old hotel is extremely quiet and loaded with historic charm. It is centrally located making dining and shopping options plentiful . The train station is across the street allowing easy access to the airport for tourists and business personnel.

Great location. Within walking distance of CBD

This is an older hotel. We prefer apt style hotels. This hotel had bare min of room amenities. No toaster, no cutting board, no place to eat our breakfast . WE were there for 3 days and two out of the three , parties were going on on our floor at midnight, with loud noise. I had to call Front desk to complain as we couldn't sleep. Parking was expensive $35. per night.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

A very comfortable hotel situated across the road from the Central Station and beside Anzac Square. Good food available nearby at Post Office Food Court. Loads of good restaurants, shopping, interesting Brisbane spots are close to this hotel. Welcoming staff at the Reception desk. Room is clean and comfortable. Handy to have small fridge, some tableware and cutlery available.

Central, few steps from central station. Take the train from the airport, get off at central, and th hotel is on the other side of the street. Clean suits but dated furniture. Good deal!

Love It

We selected this hotel because it was across the street from the train station and we wanted to get to the airport by train. The hotel is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a Hop On Hop Off bus depot for a great tour of the city. The hotel is old but clean. We'll be staying here again.

Quiet sleep location

Loved the central location and found our room very quiet to rest after a long flight. Easy walking distance to attractions and car rental locations. Bedroom of our one bedroom u it did not have a window so sleeping after our flight was easy. Living room had lots of natural light.
