Excellent frontdesk but poor housekeeping

Excellent, helpful lady at checkin frontdesk. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not up to standard. Toiletries and coffee was not topped up throughout the few days of stay even though it was clear that they are empty. The wastebin was also not emptied one of the days.

This is a great apartment hotel.

This is a great apartment hotel. The cleanest place I have stayed in my 15,000 km road trip through Africa. Staff is great. Location is good, although I don't recommend walking alone late at night here or anywhere in Cape Town. There are some great little pubs and eateries within a few blocks. On a nice day, one can take a long walk or taxi to the V&A Waterfront for fine dining and shopping along the harbour. I like the feel of being in the eclectic part of town with some souvenir shops. The hop on bus is a couple of blocks away. I found this location to be central for all my needs during a 5 day visit to Cape Town.

Still a very good choice

this is our second time staying at this property, the last time being in 2010. The property could use a bit of a refresher, but overall it is a great place. Well situated - close to shopping, waterfront, restaurants. They could leave more amenities in the room such as soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap.

Great city location

Pros: Central location. Walk everywhere. 15 minute walk to the V&A. Adderly bus terminal where you can take the MyCiti bus direct to and from the airport is a 10 minute walk away as is the train station. Excellent Food Lovers Market on ground floor of complex.(closed weekends) Good gym. Exceptionally clean complex. Cons: Internal noise in complex as everything echoes in the enclosed area. Standard one bed has bedroom facing internal corridor so doors can be heard banging at night as well as footsteps and voices passing by.

That apartment hotel has terrible parking poorly lit hallways lazy cleaning staff and terrible front desk help ! , owners need to get in there and clean house

Great home away from home

Great option if you want a bit more independence than a hotel. The rooms could use a little update, I stayed in room 506 and there were 2-3 broken tiles and the window stores were pretty much done. Otherwise great place, close to everything!

The cleaning staff need to be more thorough - upon arrival we found hair covering the shower drain, tea pot still had tea bags and tea in it, floors were dirty. Also our wifi didn't work for two days. Need some lamps as rooms are dark at night. Location is phenomenal though.

Beautiful apartments, clean and safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was lovely on a quiet area 10-15 minutes from the waterfront(V&A) and 10 minutes from central long street.

I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much.

Der Kontakt war äußerst freundlich, die Ausstattung war okay, das Appartement sauber. Leider ist der Pool lediglich ein dreckiger Tümpel mit schwimmenden Mülltüten und nicht nutzbar, die Aufzüge amateurhaft geschaltet, so dass es gerne mal 15 Min dauert bis einer kommt und die Küchenutensilien teilweise in fragwürdigem Zustand.

Parking in a private garage was nice. It was very hard to charge devices bc plugs were only in the kitchen. Trying to use electronic hair device was very difficult. Room got very very warm and we ended up sweating both nights we were there. There was no fan or ac. Location was central which was nice. Staff was friendly.
