If you want to be in the middle of the bar scene and have restaurant options, this place is the best.

Good location but too noisy as bars in the area are playing music well after 2 am. The couch was broken and air conditioner leaked condensation. The shower drain doesn’t drain water properly so the water stays on the bathroom floor for long after the shower. The suite is over-priced for what you get.

Would definitely go back.

Beautifully decorated, clean, excellent central location. What I assume to be a traditional Korean-style living room is elegant, and the lit candle and quiet jazz music playing on the tv upon arrival were nice touches. Helpful, friendly staff. The only cons would be a musty smell in the new-looking washer, narrow space between the kitchen counter and dining table, and the noticeable music from neighbouring pubs at night (which didn't really bother us, personally).

It is in the middle of all the bars and restaurants but for that reason, it will be loud until well past midnight even during the weekday. Convenient location as it is near subway and walkable to Myeongdong and other touristy attractions. Washer in the suite was very useful.

Family of 4 so there were enough beds to spread out (3 double beds). A little tight getting through the kitchen area but it had everything you needed. Supplied drinking water in a decent size fridge. Nice bathroom. Only downside was the restaurant/bar in the building blasts music most of the day and night. (Not their fault) luckily we have a white noise machine so it didn’t prevent us from sleeping. Allowed us to store our luggage upon arrival and departure as we had early and late flights. Great stay overall.

The location is very convenient. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Walking distant to popular attractions. The unit is smaller than the pictures we see at expedia, but still ok, the only problem is the bathroom. When showering, water comes out and makes the bathroom floor all wet.

Excellent location to walk to Insadong, temple, restaurants, Jonggak subway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Some small maintenance items need to be done but was clean and comfortable.

만족했어요. 가족도 모두 만족, 대만족

아주 만족한 여행이었습니다. 메인지점과 별관이 좀 떨어져 있지만 아주 가까운 거리라 문제 없었습니다. 6인가족(중고생 자녀-아들1,딸3)과 함께 한 여행이었는데 방도 침대도 넉넉해서 편안한 여행했네요. 단지 주차가 좀 떨어진 곳이고(별로 멀지는 않아요) 서울치고는 저렴하지만 그래도 높은 편이긴 합니다. 그리고 욕실 하나가 배수가 문제인지 샤워부스 밖으로 넘처흐르는 문제가 있어서 이 부분 조심하셔야 할것 같아요.(저희가 사용한 숙소만 그럴수도 있고요) 그래도 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다.

별관에서 묵었습니다. 시설의 상태가 전반적으로는 깔끔했으나, 일부 방에서 천장 배선 구멍 부분이 떨어지는 등 다소 시공 부분에서의 결함이 눈에 띄었습니다. 겉으로는 깨끗해보였으나, 일부 방 시트에서 소량의 피로 의심되는 액체 방울 흔적이 발견되었고 세탁기에서는 이전 투숙객의 아동의 것으로 보이는 속옷이 발견되기도 했습니다. 4일에 한 번 객실의 전체 청소를 진행하는 부분은 잘 알겠으나, 투숙객이 묵고 간 다음에는 전체적으로 점검해야 하는 부분이 아닌가 하는 아쉬움이 크게 남습니다.

家族5人で泊まりましたが、十分な広さでした。近くに飲食店がたくさんあって、どこにしようか迷うくらい。オリーブヤング、スタバ、コンビニもすぐそばにありました。フロントの方も親切でタクシーを呼んでくださったりしました。 夜中近所のクラブの音楽がずっと聴こえていたのと、シャワーの水が隙間から出てきて洗面所が水浸しになるのと、フロントは英語対応だったのが気になった点ではありますが、総合しても良い宿泊先だったと思います。

第一天抵達時已經是晚上12點，氣溫-9度，飯店樓下大門上鎖（後來知道過晚上22:00為維護住宿安全，大門會上鎖）需要密碼，對於尚未辦理入住的住客，飯店在住宿確認訊息時有詢問抵達時間，但卻未主動告知有此門禁，未提供密碼或其他抵達時可以聯絡的方式，後來，是求助於飯店對面的店家協助致電飯店才取得密碼，順利入住。 除了一開始無法順利進入飯店外，入住後飯店環境乾淨整潔，惟沙發椅建議可以更換，坐下去會有塌陷凹下去情形，不是很舒適。 不過，整體住宿環境是滿意的。

The staff here are very nice, great communication in person and through the app. While there are bars outside it didn’t cause us (2 adults 3 kids) to lose sleep. Having so many restaurants and mini marts near by was nice, didn’t have to travel far for public transportation either. Will definitely stay again!

Great location.

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of a bustling area. We didn't mind the music playing until the morning. It was within walking distance to where we needed to go. Will stay here again.

いい滞在となりました

繁華街にあるので深夜までかなりの音がします。またシャワールームの排水が悪くトイレの方まで水が漏れてきます。この2点は他のコメントにもある通りなので気になる方は気をつけた方がいいかも。 ただし立地がよく明洞は徒歩圏内。近くにコンビニが複数ありオリヤンもすぐです。地下鉄の駅も複数使えます。目の前の屋台で飲むのも韓国ぽくて楽しいです。チェックイン時に宿のLINEを登録して滞在中質問があればLINEで聞くと数分で回答がありました。帰国が早朝便だったのでタクシーの手配もLINEでお願いでき助かりました。 総じていい滞在となりました。

So many places where you can eat, but this is surrounded by bars that are open till 3 or 4 AM. They charge early check-in and late check out very money driven customer service.
