1. Took forever to get in the unit because the access code was not working. After 20 minutes talking to someone we called back and were given a secondary/back up code to get in. 2. Air conditioner in the downstairs unit made vibrating sounds so we could not use it at night.

I had a good stay at this property. However, it could have been horrendous. The walls seem to be paper thin and the potential for a very noisy stay is real. I was curious as to why they placed ear plugs beside the bed, until I realized that I could hear every creak and cough from the units around me. Could use some more art on the walls.

Room is not sound proof. I can hear people talking next door and on the street after midnight. Could not sleep well. Lock cannot function and we spent several hours contacting multiple agents before problem was solved. Communication was prompt but often not helpful in solving the issues. We had issue everyday during our stay. It’s frustrating. I hope things can improve but I won’t stay again.

Loved this place but….we wondered why they gave earplugs…Im not sure if the partying was from residents living there or other travelers. We figured out quickly why they gave those earplugs. Also the staff were not very friendly.

This was our second stay in a Sonder and it really delivered. Really appreciated the home like feel. We needed an extra comforter at one point and it was delivered pretty quickly. It was great to also restock on the essentials at our own pace.

My stay at Sonder the Heid was great. Very, very spacious apartment with everything you needed and more. The rooftop terrace was great with fantastic views. I would thoroughly recommend this property
