Un jardin secret au milieu de la ville. Endroit simple et paradisiaque. Végétation luxuriante pour un repos parfait. Très agréable avec des enfants. Piscine pour les petits également. Vous pouvez pendre vos repas sur place aussi ce qui simplifie les déplacements du soir avec les enfants. Pour moi c’est parfait rapport qualité/prix.

Very good hotel, quiet, close to center

Had a wonderful room with pool view, very comfortable. Breakfast is very expensive if not in the room rate. In a side street, no traffic noise.

Beautiful tropical garden. An oasis to escape to away from the bustling City. Our room had a little courtyard at the front. Lovely breakfast served by the pool and with extremely friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Very close to everything. So much nicer than a large Hotel. Only one small complaint in that the tiled floor really could have done with a good wash and clean.

The Kabiki (and its sister Maads property, the Pavilion) have become my go-to hotels for when I'm in Phnom Penh for work. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast is fantastic; it's conveniently located near Independence Monument and many good restaurants. The pool is lovely, and I had it to myself for an hour or so this past weekend during the off-season. It really is an oasis in the middle of urban Phnom Penh.
