Worked great for an overnight stay before a flight

We flew in one night and flew out the next morning at the downtown Aeroparque airport and this location is very close by and convenient in a nice neighborhood. Easy check-in, good value and big unit for hotel room with separate bedroom.

Lovely apartment well maintained in Palermo district. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My flight was rescheduled due to a strike at the airport and i was upgraded to an amazing beautiful penthouse suite. Definitely i will be coming back to Buenos Aires and staying here.

Unfortunately due to airline delays and cancellations we did not stay. MY BIG PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY WITH THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION....BEFORE ARRIVING I TRIED COMMUNICATING THROUGH SEVERAL WAYS BUT RECEIVED ZERO RESPONSE. I WILLNEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Good room with well equipped kitchen. The mini fridge is excellent and allowed us to safely store/freeze baby food. Could do with more wardrobe space/space for luggage if you intend to stay a little long. Staff was very helpful. Many parks at walkable distance, and excellent dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that I had to download an app to open my room’s door. That’s a no from me. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom required updating. I stayed one night and I’m not planning on returning. There are better options in Buenos Aires.

Overall very happy with this place Pros: - Excellent communication with property from booking to check out. Much better in comparison to similar places in Buenos Aires. - Concierge available on site 24/7. All were very professional and friendly - Very good location in Buenos Aires. Only a short walk to big park/plaza area - Very clean apartment - Functional kitchen - Comfortable bed Cons: - Bathroom - really very small with awkward layout. There’s a countertop that extends to the bathtub and space between glass door and countertop is super narrow. The door would not open fully because it would hit the bidet. Bathtub had chipped areas and was very slippery without anything to hold on to. The silicone on edges of sink looked old and with stains. - Not big issue, but worth knowing that is fair distance walking to subway station

The staff was great, especially Camila. They are very responsive and helpful. Loved the location. Very good water pressure in the shower with good amount of hot water. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Very nice size apartment, but the bathroom is a bit small and would have been better it it has more hooks for the towels and some place more counter space or shelf space. WiFi was good. The App using Bluetooth to unlock the door was convenient as it can be installed on more than one phone. Don't have to worry about losing the key.

The apartment was unclean and barely stocked (no way you can use the kitchen for a meal). The sheets didn’t fit the beds so we were sleeping on bare mattress (yuck). What blankets there were were stained. Hair in the bathtub, stained hard couch… you get the picture. Good location though, and they were responsive via WhatsApp.

Good location, room is nice and clean, equipped with lots of cooking supplies and appliances like toaster oven, but the place fails to provide something as basic as a hair dryer. I mean is it okay to walk around the city with wet hair? I mean I can totally live without a toaster or toaster oven, but walking around with my hair wet gives me a headache.
