Overall a good stay. There are things that could be improved. Positives are: 1) Location (Gracia). You can walk everywhere, incl. Sagrada, Park Guell etc. Metro (L3 line - Fontana) is 2 min walk 2) Pleasant front staff and overall condition for mid-range property. Clean. Strong wifi. Could be better: 1) In winter AC is turned off. This is an issue with inside rooms that get little air vent & it gets too hot. But they gave me a fan and it was ok 2) Shower is quite a squeeze. Could be an issue for someone with limited mobility 3) Kitchen is lacking some essentials, incl. cutting board. 4) Screeching floors when someone walks above. Could be important issue for someone that likes peace, specially in full season Main issue someone coming from North America will find is smaller space. But this is Europe with more people and everything has to be small. As long as you know this, you'll be fine. Final judgement: Would I stay here again? I would. Thank you

Had a great stay. it’s clean, comfortable. Well equipped and have a small kitchen, very convenient to subway. Nearby walking is safe and pleasant. All in all, a great hotel!

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The place itself seemed very secure, with good facilities for eating within the hotel itself (fridge & simple cooking facilities within the suite) and options for having a meal within the hotel if you liked. Great location in the Gracia area. My wife and I really liked the hotel.

1 min walk from the Metro in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Metro is a convenient line that takes you quickly to the main area. Rooms are big and clean. Groceries are just a couple minutes away with good coffee and bakery options. Great customer service and the staff gave us a gift of wine and chocolate for my wife's birthday. The only thing we didn't like was the hair dryer which didn't work well. Other than that, we highly recommend this place.

I'll start off by saying the staff are excellent and this is not on them. They were very helpful. Unfortunately the building and room were in rough shape. Not very clean in the washroom. The room was tiny, and not really usable, it made us claustrophobic. Worse, you can literally hear conversations through the walls, and the ventilation does the Opposite of what the thermostat says, literally heating instead of cooling. It was a nightmate.

Fantastic!

This was a great hotel! I spent a whole week here every comfortably. The room had everything I need, and it was clean and modern and well managed. Although I was facing the street, the room was also very quiet and didn’t get very much street noise, however, I could hear my neighbours occasionally. That being said, the friendly staff and the good location means I would happily stay here again.
