Great stay. Apart from the room not coming with dishwashing liquid or a brush as well as having to request dishwasher tablets. Also given one toilet roll for 6 night stay then told we have to buy our own after 1 roll was used

Great check in. The representative who helped us check in was absolutely kind and gracious. He speaks excellent English and has such good attitude. We appreciate him :) The hotel is walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and cafes. We had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and had more than enough living space. Would recommend this place!

Very good apartment hotel

We had agreed on an apartment on fourth floor but were initially given similar apartment on second floor but after two nights we were given fourth floor and thereby had seaview. Besides this "incident" we found the hotel very nice. Apartments very nice, modern, spacious and in good condition. Good pool with fine sunbeds, however missing umbrellas but this seems to be normal looking at the hotels nearby. Easy access to garage and close to the sea and and restaurants. A good choice.

The apartment was amazing and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very modern, with AC in all rooms. The receptionist was very helpful every time we had a question. it was easy to get around Nice from this place, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a (rocky) beach within a 7-minute walk with a ton of restaurants. The checkin was a bit complicated since the hotel has 4 different wings to the building and it was not that easy to locate our building. We arrived late and the reception was closed already. But other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place.

The location was amazing however I booked for a family of 5 - 4 audits and 2 kids, the accommodation did not have enough pillows for the number of persons in the room. When I asked I was told that there we no pillows available so my 19 yr old daughter needed to sleep with out pillows for the entire trip. I was given two additional towels when I asked. The communication could have been better as it relates to local transport as well.

Appart Hotel was good.. We use also garrage and bought breakfast. It was too late for swimming pool in evening, and as check out was till 10.00, it was not impossible to use swimming pool in morning, when we check out, sorry.

An apartment hotel that haven”t been renoveres for more than 10 years. The aircondition didn”t work during our stay and We could only get one fan to cover two rooms. The front drak People could”t help us and have us false hopes for a aircondition working The next day.

Great Location

Stayed here 20 days. Had a problem with communication re changing rooms. Staff did not communicate with each other. Only 2 staff members helpful. Standard rooms poorly stocked. Superia rooms only mild improvement. Great location and would highly recommend Cor Cangnes. I can only recommend this place for location.

This is a lovely, spacious condo complex right next to the Mediterranean sea. The concierge staff were professional, helpful and pleasant. The apartment had all modern amenities and included a large balcony. A perfect place for a family with children. Close to Nice, in a sweet neighborhood. And trust me when I say that the little harbor cafe (5 min walk) serves the best croissants in the world. There were small issues with the apartment that I communicated to the staff, which were repaired immediately. I would stay here again. If you are considering buying lower-cost property on the French Riviera, I would look at this neighborhood. It has it all.

The guest service was extremely poor. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the bed sheets. We were requested to submit a 150 euro deposit, which has not been refunded even after three weeks. Despite multiple calls, I have only been promised a response, with no resolution in sight.
