Staff were kind, warm and courteous. The room was nice and comfortable, with dishes, pots, utensils, basically everything we needed for a one week stay. It was close to everything and then some. The metro was a few steps away, less then a few metres away. Great place to stay while in Paris. Oh and I forgot, we could see the Eiffel Tower from our apartment window!!!

Staffs are nice, the location is good. However, we’re disappointed that there is a bathtub here but no bath plug. And we took showers one after another, and by the time the fourth person took a shower, there was no hot water! Because of the kids need to sleep, so we didn’t inform them.

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The aircon wasn’t working and when we asked the staff at reception they said it wasn’t working due to not being able to be turned on until 26/05/26 which I don’t understand why. In their amenities it says there’s ac (maybe they should include which months it’s on for) it was over 30 degrees everyday while I was there which made our trip really disappointing. Also there was a terrible off smell on level 7 in the corridor

Great location. Spacious studio room. Could do a facelift. They are however doing some maintenance update for the moment. Maybe also for the room later... but heating and equipment in room is great. Quiet. Only negative was the weak power from the showerhead. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again. showerhead

The room was clean with a view with Eiffel Tower(top). Some staff weren’t well informed about the room we had. We couldn’t use the kitchen for a few days because we didn’t have the right equipment. Supervisor/technician finally came in to fix the problem. There is a mall around the corner with IKEA inside! Metro is across street. Cafes and restaurants are nearby so very convenient area. May be for fitted for a family or well traveled person. It’s not too centralized for Paris and takes about 20-30 minutes train ride to get to all the major attractions.
