This hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by cafe's, bars, restaurants, patisserie's and fast food options. A great department store a couple of doors down and the Metro train station is directly across the road. Free coffee, tea and water in reception is a great bonus but the best bonus is the stunning views of The Eiffel Tower out of the apartment windows, which is only a short 10 minute walk away

Had a great time getting around Paris due to the proximity to many venues and a great Metro system for those not easily accessed on foot. Three metro lines make all the difference. Also must thank a very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. All the comforts of home and the best view of the Eiffel Tower. You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday. If I can upload the video I took I will do it and you can get a look at the place before you pull the trigger. I read a few reviews from some people who mentioned the sound from the subway train. This is just people who have lived in a small quiet town and are not used to it. If you’ve ever lived in a large city anywhere in the world, you will get used to it quickly. Not to mention… that subway runs anywhere in the city and it is only steps from the hotel lobby! For 2 Euros! Also, they don’t come and clean the room unless you pay them to. So… you’ll just have to be courteous and live like a Parisien while you’re there. Pick up after yourself and you should be fine. If you need towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or pretty much anything else, it’s down on the second floor. Help yourself! There is a Monoprix (large grocery chain) RIGHT next door and a Fanprix across the street past the Metro. We used the kitchenette every day except for dinner which we went out for, nightly. Might I suggest Suffren, which is upscale with a great menu at decent prices. Not cheap but not through the roof. All that said, I urge you to book this hotel and that room in particular if it’s just the two of you.

Unfortunately not so great.

Unfortunately my stay here was below par. The hotel room safe box did not work upon my arrival. I tried requesting from reception to get it fixed numerous times with fail so, I just stopped requesting. One towel and one side of the bed sheets were dirty. At this point I did not think ‘bothering’ reception would even fix that so I just used my own sheets and towels. For the price of these rooms, there are no included hotel amenities (example: breakfast, pool, rooftop, or anything interesting). So for that, the value for money is zero. Lastly, the view is mediocre. I paid for a room with Eiffel Tower view. I would suggest just pay extra and stay at a better hotel, with better service/amenities, and a better view. The only positive feedback I can give is the location of the hotel itself was great, very close to the main attractions and the metro to get anywhere. This hotel was the one I was most looking forward to on my trip as it was my birthday treat to myself, and it was just disappointing.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall the property met our expectations. Rooms are small but comfortable. They are showing some signs of wear and could use some updating. Positives are the location with many nearby restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, and the amazing view from rooms on the Eiffel Tower side. It should be noted that the image used in all the ads for the Eiffel Tower view rooms is the corner unit and there is only one of those. Other rooms have a different layout and there are no chairs or table on the balcony. We used the desk chairs from in the room to sit outside and enjoy the view.

This property has a terrific location and is right at a subway hub. The pictures of the room makes it appear more comfortable than it really is. It is bare bones if you want to relax there. It sleeps 4 but there is just one couch and a tv far away.
