Communication was great. Desk staff were very nice. Excellent location for my travel plans. Felt safe. Furniture and apartment are worn. Table wiggles a lot, bed sags, shower seal is not working well, stains on upholstery, duck tape on kitchen floor to hold corner in place. Needs attention in my opinion for the price.

The three of us ladies stayed on the property and were very satisfied with our accommodations; the building was very clean, tidy and we all felt safe coming and going; the location was great walking distance to amenities, groceries, restaurants, wine, Metro, shopping and the beauty of the city; We thoroughly enjoyed what the apartments had to offer, all the amenities as we have at home; the staff were friendly, helpful and were available when we needed; the doors were quite secure, although it took us a few times to figure them out but once we did, they were easy to work with, hence, we felt secure; nice quiet, cozy, quaint wonderful location, we would definitely return. Loved Lisbon, Thanks!

This property was well maintained and had all the amenities of a Luxury apartment in Lisbon! We were able to make our own meals and do laundry while on vacation and have a home feeling while being in walking distance to most tourist attractions. We would return to this apartment in the future!

I could not get into the apartment everytime I needed to by using the key given to me. I have multiple videos of this occurring. This is a major safety issue. Morgan-Jupiter Apartments Management did not contact me to address this problem (I am still waiting). Staff stated they were actually aware of this problem with this unit, but rented it out to me regardless. Absolutely horrible and unsettling coming back to your rental apartment, sometimes after midnight and there is no way to get in to your apartment and no way to contact any staff. Worst experience ever!!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Enough dishes to be able to make some meals, if wanting. High ceilings to reduce noise. Great location for ease to the subway and major tourist destinations, but far enough to reduce noise. Location uphill from major locations so may not be a good choice for those with limited mobility.

We stayed here for a week in March with another couple. It was superb. It is situated in a great location. You are in walking distance of many local attractions. 2 minute walk to groceries, cafés and local restaurants. Parking is available on-site. The building is very clean, bright and safe. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs or 2 elevators. The staff is very friendly and very courteous. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, small appliances, and everything you need. It had a balcony and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back to Lisbon and Morgan-Jupiter will be our choice once again for accomodations.

I think overall the Morgan Jupiter is a fine establishment. The apartments are beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located. My only annoyance was the prevalence of paid adons. They are all fairly priced but it gives an impression of booking a low cost flight to find out you need to pay for water. I would come back but I would happily pay 15$ more a night and not have to worry constantly about little extras looming over my head. Staff was still super pleasant and nice.
