Nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the Metro Staion and easy access to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall. Gym facilities were good and so was the pool area along with steam and sauna ro. Cleanliness was impeccable and the room was serviced regularly by Roland and what an amazing job he did, an absolute credit to the establishment.

We had stayed in the apartment which was great. The only issue was the kitchen which was kind of dysfunctional with very limited utensils & cutlery. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was good. The staff were courteous as well. Location is awesome.

Great place to stay. You actually get morw than you lay for in terms of the room and hotel. Night time room service menu is lacking. You can swim with your kids in the big pool, 5 years and younger need to go in a 15 inch deep pool. The cleaning service is good but there are some people from the staff that are not consitent with cleaning. Again if you dont care about the area this is a great budget friendly hotel.

Great Stay in a very lively location.

Our stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was quite enjoyable. The hotel staff was welcoming and informative, and the Residences Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were nice, but the experience felt a bit chaotic. All in all, the staff was really pleasant and accommodating. We were a family of five.

I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!
