We arrived late due to delay it was good that the reception was open 24 hour but we have problem with the key if you go out you can not lock the door as you cannot take the key out. We went out for a whole day but fortunately mothing was touch in our stuff as the door was unlocked.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy Budapest

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very close to groceries stores, restaurants and shopping centres. It is a few minutes away from the old metro and a 20 minute walk to the city along Andrassy street which is place to very high end boutiques. The neighbour hood is safe and there is security to get into the building. The Lord Residence will be the place for us when we return to Budapest. I give it a shiney 5 star review

I would definitely stay here again as it was very clean in all areas and was a spacious flat, and walking distance to so many amenities and attractions. Great restaurants nearby. The bed was not great though, as it was actually just a futon and gave me a very sore back, and the pillows were lumpy as heck. Maid never cleaned the flat, just brought towels and toilet paper every two days and emptied garbage. Staff was very friendly though, and their English was excellent. Felt safe and well looked after here, including with the private airport shuttle we arranged thru them. I would recommend this to friends for sure.

A little difficult to find. The staff was great and very helpful. We appreciated their English! There are many good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Public transportation also very convenient. It's an older hotel, but our room was great. It had a huge living area, bedroom, and balcony. Very good value.

The hotel is located in a not so nice side street. It has a strip club across the street. Not recommended for single women travelling. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room needs to be supplied with more towels, a coffee maker and new dishes. Most of the dishes in the room were cracked or chipped. One plate came apart when removed from the cabinet.

First time in Budapest, took a chance with Lord Ap

This was a great property!!! I required a late check in and arranged for transportation from the airport....which was SUPER convenient. My first impression was quite positive. The security person was very polite and accommodating. My apartment was glistening it was so clean!! It was spacious...far more spacious than I anticipated. The next day, I was able to get my bearings in Budapest and I have to say I couldn't have asked for a better location! It was central to everything...restaurants, bars, shops & grocery stores. The Chain Bridge was a mere 20 minute walk...and an easy walk at that!! I needed to extend my stay and I was able to do so easily without issue. The office was a bit tricky to find, but I did have a late arrival. Any staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended this property to colleagues and friends. Hopefully, I will have a chance to return to Budapest again...if so, I wouldn't hesitate to book with Lord Apartments.

Great hotel with great staff

Hotel (apartment) was great, and was as described. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had some issue with being charged the wrong amount initially, but I do not know if that was their fault as they claimed they did not receive the details for my amended booking (I changed the booking from 4 days to 3 days, but was charged for 4 days). Only one staff member had the credentials to credit me the difference, so I had to keep asking front desk daily about this issue, but everyone was very nice and the issue was resolved. Otherwise, hotel was very clean, within walking distance to Andrassy and the Chain Bridge.

Very thin walls! Neighbors were constantly loud. The main office is not close to the hotel. The apartment was dirty. The garage only opens if we call the front desk which is a disaster if you don't have mobile service.

The property was well heated and quiet. However, the bedroom ceiling light was not working and no soap was in the soap dispenser for showering. It was slightly inconvenient to have to pick up the keys from a different address, and the night concierge mis-billed us for the tourist tax fee by keying in an additional '0' to the total. Fortunately they refunded us very quickily the next day so we could pay the correct amount (€47 instead of €470). It still meant that we had to walk back to that reception ( 8 minutes walk) in the morning to settle that issue, wait for a concierge to turn up, before getting on with our itenarary. Finally, we were short of toilet rolls and had to spurce our own for the final night stay. Although we reported about the lack of soap and the faulty lights on day 2 of our stay, it has not been restify for our entire 6 day stay. Having a washing machine was convenient for our use after the thermal baths, but it would have been thoughtful if a few washing tablets or dishwasher tabets were provided.

Small, very small , basic and poor service

Bedroom super small, fits bed with enough room to shuffle either side only, as a result bumped shins on corner many times and left with huge bruise. Kitchen basic, very few plates or cups. No hanging space hardly just a hall cupboard with cleaning items and a few hangars. Check in dreadful, asked directions as check in not on site and was vaugely sent off in wrong direction and told use gps.. got lost.. long walk aa a result, a little map on checkin slip would have been easy to provide.
