Property is located pretty remote, but once you reach there it’s okay. The sofa bed was not comfortable, no basin in toilet or hooks on the door. Otherwise, the property overall is not bad if one doesn’t mind the distance from Paris

The hotel was a great location for us. Close to Versailles. 7 minute drive for groceries. A full kitchenette and free parking included. However, no air conditioning and the bathroom had a sewer smell that never went away. The water was not drinkable at all and had a strange smell and taste.

The apartment was big and clean for the most part but the kitchen cabinets and countertops were really old and in bad condition. The walls were really thin so you could hear everything. The outside was nice and quiet. It was a little bit difficult to find google maps was taking us somewhere else but all together it was a good affordable stay for a family of 5

Bien situé mis décevant

Nous avons dû changer de chambre car les éviers étaient bouchés. Les chambres ne sont pas parfaitement propres. L'hôtel est particulièrement bruyant, certains clients ne respectant pas le silence jusque tard dans la nuit.

Chambre et sanitaires spacieux (normes PMR) et propres, mais les oreillers sont à revoir, ils étaient si épais et durs que nous n'avons pu dormir la 1e nuit qu'en les enlevant et en mettant les serviettes de bain et nos t-shirts dans les taies pour les remplacer ! Kitchenette bien équipée (dont nous n'avons pas eu usage) Ascenseurs en panne pendant notre séjour, or nous étions au 2e et mon épouse souffre d'arthrose aux genoux. Un peu trop de papiers gras dans les parties extérieures

Ça devait sûrement être bien avant, les communs sont plus que désuet et abîmé sans entretien . Les studios sont occupés par des familles à l’année. Les ascenseurs etaient en panne. La chambre plus que spartiate la douche vraiment pas dingue pour 110€ la nuit je m’attendais à autre chose .

Séjour très agréable. Seul petit bémol nous avons été à court d'eau chaude le premier jour et avons du terminer la douche à l'eau tiède. Sinon tout était très bien rien à redire.

Il n'y a eu aucune communication en amont de mon arrivée. J'ai envoyé SMS, tchat, j'ai appelé plusieurs numéros sans réponse durant 1 heure. J'ai enfin pû récupérer les clés dans une enveloppe qui se trouvait dans un coffre à l'aide d'un code. L'accueil froid, sans une parole professionnelle. Ni "bonjour", ou "comment s'est passée votre nuit" "au-revoir, bonne journée " Un minimum de service, merci.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la première chambre. Tres bonne réactivité du personnel qui ,malgré l'heure tardive, a pu nous fournir une autre chambre. Faible pression dans la douche, mais elle était chaude.
