My experience was bad; the room had many cockroaches and was dirty. The furniture was old and smelled bad, and the room itself smelled of marijuana. The bathroom was dirty, the bed smelled bad, and the bathroom door had a hole in it, as if it had been punched.

We were a late check in for a large group. We found out the hotel had overbooked and canceled our reservations without adequate notice. They called and left a vm at 3pm on day of travel, which is ironic because they require us to give them advance notice when canceling on our end.

Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. Please plan accordingly if you are planning with kids.

We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable
