Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

We really liked this place. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The neighbourhood was lovely. The room was very comfortable. It was very convenient - we could get to anyplace we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The fan of the air conditioning was not working. We were given a electric fan for some air flow and ran the electric fan for our entire stay because the air conditioning contractor wouldn't be back till a week later. There was a water overflow from the washroom of the guest room above us, and the water dripped down through our washroom ceiling. Maintenance corrected the issue after we reported the leak. However, it was not as trouble-free as we would like. These were communicated to reception twice through calls and once in person. We were offered a free breakfast when we were checking out after I told the reception about the above issues when she asked how our stay was. We were heading to the airport and decline the breakfast.

A Challenging stay

When we got to our room, we found the toilet was not working and were moved to another room. The next room had plumbing issues as well but we made do. Woke up to the sound of jack hammers and construction going on in the building. Many guests were upset and some left the hotel. It seems the hotel is in need of some major plumbing repairs.

Quaint hotel well located.

A nicely renovated hotel with modern facilities in a quiet, convenient location in Chelsea. Having a Vegan restaurant and also a regular restaurant serving 3 meals a day was a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Once is enough.

Our room (#2) was very small and painted a very dark colour making it seem even smaller and lighting was poor. The bed was hard and not that comfortable. There was something splattered on the wall prior to our arrival that wasn't cleaned off and the dark paint made it visible but it was never wiped clean. As per other reviews the rooms are noisy as you can hear other guests quite easily. The walk from the Underground was too much for a senior, particularly if there were suitcases involved. All restaurants in the area are nice, but expensive. I would recommend my friends to try somewhere else.

Perfect! It is my now my go-to hotel for trips to London

I was in London for a couple of days on either side of a trip to Spain. myhotel Chelsea was absolutely perfect! It is incredibly comfortable, has 5star staff service, is so clean and comfortable and in a gorgeous location for a very reasonable price, considering you are in a wealthy neighbourhood. I will stay here again, without question.

Good location close to shops, restaurants and tube

I booked this hotel based on the high rating on Expedia.ca. It is in a great spot, close to a lot of the shops and restaurants in Chelsea as well as a 7min walk to the South Kensington Tube station. The building is a old, converted police station, and for th most part has been well maintained. The rooms are fairly large for a London hotel. The rooms could use a bit of a freshening up, mostly with respect to the beds. Part way through my stay, I asked to change rooms due to an old, uncomfortable bed. The bed skirt in the first room didn't fully cover the box spring and the mattress and box spring were ancient looking. The mattress didn't feel any better, I could feel the springs and couldn't get a good night's sleep. After changing rooms, things unfortunately were no better. The bed had the same issues, and the shower leaked and the tile and trim around the bathroom door were damaged from the water. I was more accepting of these issues based on the price I paid, but had I booked directly through MyHotel, I would have paid nearly twice what I did, and I would have been furious.

We'd stay there again!

We stayed one night and it was just what we needed. A simple, clean, modern room with friendly, helpful staff and at a great price point for London! We will stay there again on our next visit. *The only issue is that there is a lot of noise coming from the hallway in the morning. Not the best for sleeping in.

As I mentioned on another stay there, I think the floor in the rooms I stayed in (during my stays there) need a bit of TLC. They look old and dingy and well-worn, are getting grey, so it give the impression the room is not clean… Also it would be nice to get some tissues or cottons in the bathroom. This time around there was no cream in the bathroom either. Those are little things that goes a long way… We had a big room with sitting room and the bed is extremely confortable, the sofa bed is lumpy (we did not use the bed part of it). But the location is excellent, the staff very nice, the breakfast pretty good.

Perfekt läge i South Kensington. Sköna sängar, fint badrum. Det som drar ner betyget är hur slitet och smutsigt alla tyger (soffa, fotpall, mattor) var. Fläckar och ofräscht. Det var dåligt städat på hyllor och gardinerna var trasiga med stora hål i, jag hade verkligen högre förväntningar. Hyrde en svit, rum 400. Trevlig personal. Slitet även i frukostrummet.

We were staying at the Chelsea Green for practical reasons as it was close to the hospital, so we used it as a base really. For the price, I was disappointed. The room was looking a bit tired. The floor was worn, the bathroom floor tiles chipped, the chair a bit rickety. There was limited daylight in the room. There was nowhere to sit in the room, other than on the bed. Breakfast was continental style and a little limited in offering. The breakfast room is fairly small and was often full at peak times. The reception desk was often unmanned. I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Top location in Chelsea

Ideally located 10 min walking distance from South Kensigton Underground station, 5 min to Brompton Raod, Sloan Street and Walton Street with many shops and restaurant options. Clean room with functional furniture, rainshower and a Nespresso machine with capsules :-) Breakfast buffet with good choice incl. freshly squeezed orange juice, backed muffiisn, etc.
