Bonito hotel en Masaryk

Ya nos habíamos alojado en este hotel (con otro nombre). Está muy bien localizado y en un área bonita, segura y llena de restaurantes, tiendas y mucho para hacer. Las instalaciones del hotel están bien y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cama y ropa de cama de buena calidad. Observaciones constructivas: •Poner mas atención a la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. •Cambiar toallas (de manos por lo menos) mas seguido. La contaminación en la ciudad de Mexico lo hace indispensable. •Desayuno: cerciorarse que esté bien surtido las horas en que se ofrece pues no había fruta, agua, jugo ni frijoles en una oportunidad. Además estaba desconectada la jarrilla de agua caliente y los recipientes de frijoles y salsa. •Baño: cambiar toallas por lo menos 1 vez en la semana. Rellenar los recipientes de jabón y shampoo. Limpiar el area de ducha diariamente. •El servicio de cable es malo, no pueden escucharse muchos de los canales. Todo lo anterior puede mejorarse. El personal de recepción muy amable y comunicativo. Regresaremos pero el desayuno lo haremos fuera.
