Good on a Budget

Kaya apartments are good for those on a budget, the location is ideal with the beach about one minute walk away and the town centre four minutes. The owners are lovely, very friendly and so helpful. Our apartment was very roomy with a sea view and was an ideal base

The perfect place to stay!

The owners were absolutely lovely: the son picked us up in his car and insisted on lugging our very heavy suitcase up to the apartment. They were keen to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, so we were happy to spend an extra day there. Breakfast on the sunny balcony was wonderful, as was our evening meal there at night. We had all the cooking facilities we needed, and the large double bed was really comfortable. The apartment was a short stroll from a well-stocked corner shop and a slightly longer stroll to the lively marina and restaurants. Datça is a great place to stay - loved every minute and would thoroughly recommend for couples and families.

The property is well located and close to the center of the city as well as to the beach area. I wish the property has better matrasses and pillows, and provide bath towels. Other than this, all was good and clean. You have to clean the property by yourself.

Uzunca bi yol sonrası, eve vardığımızda evde tuvalet kağıdının, içme suyunun bile olmadığını gördük, marketlerin kapalı olduğu bi zaman diliminde tuvalet kağıdı, su vs gibi elzem ürünlerin hiçbirinin olmaması konforu oldukça düşürdü. Evde havlu dışında zorunlu ürünlerin hiçbiri yok, gideceklere tavsiye, gelirken herşeyi yanınızda temin edin lütfen.
