My husband and I always enjoy the embassy suite hotels. The only thing we will miss is the fact that this embassy suite hotel will no longer be in service.

Nice staff, unsafe environment.

Although the staff were friendly, there was water draining from the light fixture in the shower while I was bathing. I could have been electrocuted. There's definitely plumbing issues.

Sheets were stained so called management and it was resolved within 10 minutes. We were offered another room or sheets changed. We opted for clean sheets. Tub backed up and upon return in the evening it was resolved. Thanked management for quick resolution upon checking out. 😃

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated the tips I received for taking the (320) bus to NYC as well as which subway lines to take to a couple of particular areas of interest in the city. This saved us any confusion and potential traffic headaches if we had tried to drive into NYC! The only thing I will say is that I wished they were offering dinner / Happy Hour options here (like the location we were in before this in Washington D.C.). That being said, they did have the breakfast buffet, and the staff were great at this location!
