Die Ausstattung ist old school und trägt damit eigentlich zu einem entspannten Flair bei. Alles ist mega sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt - selbst Basic-Hygieneartikel. Ruhige Umgebung.

Saubere Unterkunft, mangelhafte Kommunikation

Kommuikation bezüglich check-in war sehr schlecht. Von Hotel.com und von der Unterkunft haben wir keine vernünftigen Informationen erhalten. Klassisches Ping-Pong wer jetzt daran Schuld ist. Nachdem wir nach mehrfachen Versuchen jemanden in der Unterkunft telefonisch erreicht haben, haben wir wenigstens erfahren, dass ein Code benötigt wird, welcher Email versendet wird. Diesen Code haben wir jedoch nie erhalten. Die Hausfame vor Ort hat uns dann weitergeholfen. Grosses Lob an Sie.

Riesen Enttäuschung, sollte man nicht buchen !

Vorab keinen Schlüssel Code erhalten , Wohnung im Zustand der 80er Jahre, Kochen fast unmöglich da nur eine Platte funktionierte , eine Gabel für zwei Personen vorhanden, nicht eine einzige Tasse vorhanden, die Fernbedienung vom TV ging nicht und nur einige Sender verfügbar . So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Kein Hotel mit einem Behaglichkeitsgefühl

Das Aparthotel war sauber aber es war alles "in die Jahre" gekommen und abgegriffen. Das Beistellsofa war mit einer Wolldecke belegt und entpuppte sich bei näherem Hinsehen als abgegriffenes und durchgewetztes "Hundesofa?" Das Geschirr in der Küche war wahllos zusammengestellt. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Balkonmöbel waren in schlechten Zustand, die Polster waren abgewetzt und passten nicht richtig. Zwei junge Leute waren sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, verstanden aber leider nur sehr eingeschränkt deutsch. Für den Parkplatz bekamen wir im Anschluss an unseren Aufenthalt eine Rechnung zugesandt. Einen Hinweis auf die Kostenpflicht dafür gab es nicht. Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner und keine Rezeption. Lediglich die Nähe zur Spessarttherme war ein Highlight.

Never again !

I was not able to check in, because the place was dark when I arrived. I wlked around trying to find the entrance, but could not find it in the dark.i had to find another hotel and stayed there and was extremely happy. Now I am trying to get my money back.

..es war nur eine Übernachtung

Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Spessart Therme entfernt ...Außen und innen alles ok und sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Man kann sich dort gut selbst verpflegen. Gut ausgestattete Kochnische mit ausreichend Zubehör ( Besteck, Teller Töpfe ect…) neuwertiger und sauberer Kühlschrank, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, ausreichend groß. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung sicher nicht neu und auch im Bad/ Toilette spürt man anhand der ganzen Einrichtung noch etwas den Charm der 70`ger Jahre, doch wirklich alles gepflegt und ohne Einschränkungen benutzbar. Insgesamt sehr sauber und technisch alles in Schuss bis auf ein Rollo an der Terassentür, aber das passiert halt mal... Wir würden gerne mal wieder kommen falls es sich so ergibt.
