Staff were very helpful. Always going above and beyond. Room was amazing never had not one issue. A little confused as to how to receive my paid breakfast. I kind of just winged it. All though that might have been my own issue of working up the courage to ask. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend staying here. I didnt realize i came during the high season which is why prices were a bit high for the rooms. I am definitely coming back

The service was great. They are super helpful and there was always someone who spoke English. The room is spacious, amazing views, comfortable beds. It's a smart room, so you can ask google to adjust the room temperature, open/close the curtains etc!. There are snacks and drinks in the room however you must purchase them. We just went to the grocery store which is a 3 min walk and got what we needed. The only improvement for me would be provide a dish cloth, tea towel, spatula and frying pan. I like to utilze the kitchen and make breakfast. I brought pancake mix from the store and a spatula. I had to make them in the small pot that was provided. One by one. So needless to say cooking pancakes for 3 of us took a long time.

Beautiful hotel. Very modern. Beautiful suites. Large windows for a great view and great use of Alexa and other technologies. Comfortable bed and a greath shower. The concierge was brilliant. A little bit away from the main hub but still a really short uber in to be main places you want to go.

Luxurious hotel! Loved the view from the pool and bar on the 23rd floor! Unfortunately the gym was very basic. Everything else was wonderful! The rooms were very quiet and clean, great cleaning staff! The door men/women at the entrance were welcoming and friendly. The front desk personnel were excellent! The food was great. This is a five star plus hotel I had room with terrace the view is spectacular and the staff are so nice especially the people at front .i have stayed in many hotel in poblado and this is by far the Best!!!!!

Pros: The gym is open 24 hours! That's useful when you can't sleep. The staff - and the doorman - were very helpful and polite. They promptly replaced our noisy fridge. They also provided large bowls and an extra table, on request. Two supermarkets nearby. Nice light jazz in the lobby. Fantastic shower. Cons: They don't provide enough hand towels by default - they gave us just one! But they gave more when we asked for them. By default, each room should have 3 hand towels: one for each person, and one for the kitchen. By default, each room should also have 2 large bowls, a dish rack, paper towels, and a second luggage rack. But they did promptly provided whatever we requested. Well done! The toilet-paper quality is poor. It's not suitable for any hotel, especially for a luxury hotel. They did not respond promptly to a question that I emailed before I arrived, about how to get to the hotel. Music in the top floor bar is too aggressive. The lobby music is much better. There were no self-serve laundry facilities, so we hand-washed some of our clothing in our room, when we needed it soon. However, the next-day laundry *service* was prompt and exceeded our expectations. The response to our housekeeping service requests was sometimes very slow. Despite the cons, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I recommend it.
