What a lovely place! It's right in the centre of the old town, it has a great view of the city wall and the sea. The room is lovely and very cosy. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there!

Lovely apartment

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of Old Town. Lots of stairs to and from. Check-in is located at a different location than the apartment address. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Villa! Super clean and comfortable. Really peaceful and quiet. Keep in mind you have to go up some stairs to get to the hotel. Overall great experience.

We enjoyed this very nice property during our time in Dubrovnik. The shower is excellent and the air conditioning worked quite well. We were in room four on the second floor and it was spacious for two people. The location is up many many stairs, but if you can handle the workout, it is well worth it!

Enjoyable stay the villa was clean and comfortable. We coped with the stairs leading up to the property, however it’s a serious consideration for anyone staying here, particularly on arrival and departure days, if you are not travelling light.

What an amazing place to stay. The view from the window over the old town is incredible. Well worth the hike up the many steps to get to the apartment. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff at the office were very helpful, we were able to leave our bags at the office before check in and after check out.

Dubrovnik Old Town Gem

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was lovely. The staff were very helpful and accomodating! If you have any mobility issues, there are 97 stairs up to the apartment!

Great villa!

Great stay within the walls of the old city. Nice well appointed room, lovely and clean. Air conditioning very effective which was much needed. Bathroom was clean also and had a great shower. On collection of room key the rep gave us some great restaurant recommendations also. Only negative are the many steps up to the property but don't let that put you off.

We stayed in No 3 which is the apartment wit the balcony - one of the few in Old Town Dubrovnik - a lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen and everything worked and balcony view was great. Certainly a lot of steps to reach the apartments!

The property itself is nice, lots of steps. We knew this. Just needs a garbage can, utensils for the plates. Pillows only two flat pillows total. Needs a couple of touches, then will be a great place.

Impeccable small apartment in the Old Town. Everything is spotless and up to date with really good taste. We got a studio with a balcony that we really enjoyed. There are many stairs to get there, but almost everything in the Old Town is like this so don’t be discouraged by that.

Nice and modern

The place is very nice. Very clean and modern. Great view of the city as well. You have to climb many steps to get to it though but the location is great so it is worth it. Check in and check out was very easy.

First time in Dubrovnik

A fabulous long weekend in Dubrovnik. Once you get used to the steps and the very narrow streets, then this place is fantastic. Packed with history and culture and topped off with great food and wine, and nice people. Villa Monte Santo is well placed for the Old Town with everything being within a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is small but very nice, very well equipped and with a lovely balcony. Easy, friendly check-in/out. We will be back !

Excellent boutique hotel, the view is breathtaking and away from the hustle and bustle as it’s up the hill. Lots of stairs but worth every one. Feels like you are in a postcard as you enjoy the million dollar view. Clean, quiet, and wonderful air conditioning, with a wonderful courtyard, highly recommend this beautiful property! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Remote reception office incurred inconvenience

The room itself was located close to top of the old town and was connected by >130 steps to the main street. The reception office was located at main street, therefore it is quite impossible for us to seek help and/or communicate with the reception office. I

Small but comfortable room.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Dubrovnik. The room was well presented and comfortable. Slightly small, as there wasn’t much space to lay out case out. However it had everything you’d need and a great shower room. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs, but means it’s out the way and quiet. Would certainly stay here again.
