I love Mexico City and I adore the people here. I would be back any time. What I found are most of the hotels. I’m not very well. Kept up with repairs. Paint shipping cracks in the walls, the floors, but the people and the cleanliness of the sheets and laundered items is excellent.

Beautiful location and great staff. Room didn’t have a light and had to carry the one lamp around like a lantern room to room. Toilet seat was not attached, no mirror in bathroom.

Our recommendation to improve.

Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

El desayuno se sirve en otro sitio como a dos cuadras de la estancia y eso no lo avisan hasta que llegas. Me parece cero practico. Olvide mi cargador magnetico de iphone y llame para ver si me lo podian enviar por paqueteria, cubriendo yo los gastos y me dijeron que no estaba, ciertamente estoy segura de donde lo dejé pero pues no puedo regresar a buscarlo. Entonces debut y despedida.

Viejo y descuidado

Cuarto sucio, pedí limpiar y nunca limpiaron correctamente toallas viejas, no control tv, no hay supervisión cada uno hace lo mínimo para cumplir, instalaciones deterioradas y descuidadas, ubicación perfecta, estado terrible, último día me tuve que bañar en otro cuarto porque no había agua caliente en mi cuarto al tercer día me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto por mis quejas del cuarto sucio les dije que el cuarto estaba bien que solo había que limpiarlo por qué proponen soluciones que no son soluciones
