Loved Lund. Delightful town to visit. Accommodation was good with comfortable bed and in a terrific location.The only gliche was that I didn’t receive the message about what to do if arriving later. Reception shuts early on the weekend (4pm). Thankfully with the advice of another latecomer it was quickly sorted.

We spend two daya at this hotel. Rooms are convenient with sufficiënt space. We liked the breakfast buffet which was very complete and a lot of organic products. Bathroom needs some maintenance

Nice hotel with nice sized rooms. Cool architecture. Unfortunately the indoor climate was unbearable as there was no ventilation system functioning. The first night was like sleeping in a sauna. Next day the receptionist helped us with a new room that thankfully was better although still a bit to hot. She said the ventilation system was shut off because of the fire alarm going off the night before and that shut down the whole ventilation system.

Großes Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück. Für den Preis waren die Erwartungen andere: Klodeckel defekt , hätte man bei der Reinigung bemerken müssen, schimmelige Dusche, Leselampe defekt und der größte Mangel war, dass sich nur ein kleines Fenster öffnen lies und es keinerlei Lüftung oder Klimaanlage gab. Das Zimmer, trotz Erdgeschoss war sehr heiß. Schlafen war du gut wie nicht möglich !

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Enttäuschungen

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut. Dennoch sind wir etwas enttäuscht, da wir ein Zimmer bekommen haben, in dem der Toilettendeckel lose war. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie man ein Zimmer in diesem Zustand überhaupt vergeben kann. Der Mangel war bereits bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden, und das Reinigungspersonal hätte das beim Herrichten des Zimmers bemerken müssen. Da bei unserer Ankunft niemand an der Rezeption war, konnten wir uns leider auch nicht direkt beschweren. Die Lage ist gut – nur wenige Minuten vom schönen Stadtzentrum von Lund entfernt. Zwar gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, aber nur etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, der deutlich günstiger ist. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Was uns allerdings überrascht hat: Obwohl sich das Haus „Hotel“ nennt, wird keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung angeboten.
