This time around it wasn't up to par. The was a graduation night and it was quite noises. And the room wasn't as great as it had been in the past. The air on wasn't that great and minor details no longer in the room.

Customer service staff is honest and helpful. Security staff is always friendly and smiling. Hosekeeping staff and restraunt staff is always top notch. Location is in the heart of Baclaran and close to everything, making it the perfect introduction to Manila.

Friendly Ambience

Impressed with breakfast buffet. There's a variety of Filipino dishes to choose from. Love their array of Filipino desserts or kakanin beautifully set up in a nipa hut counter. The best selling point of Mabuhay Manor is how friendly & courteous the staff. I would highly recommend this to my friends here in Canada

Decent

Room was clean.a/c was very strong i had to lower it which was a good thing. location is close to baclaran (great place to buy souvenirs and cheap items) and mall of asia isclose by but dont plan on walking - too far and way too hot especially if ur in manila around April. Staff was friendly from front to security. Buffet was good portions as well but mostly filipino dishes. Can hear people outside, especially in morning, staff would walk and talk loud..or guest. Overall its a good hotel to stay at for one night - better than kabayan hotel where their rooms has this mouldy smell.

Close to MOA!

We stayed for only one night, after arriving from Singapore. Comfortable beds, great late lunch. The buffet breKfast was great in the morning. But, we almost missed it. This whole area is quite safe and quiet.

Good hotel for the price. No complaints

I read the reviews on the hotels before I stay there both negative and positive. I found the room quite suitable for the price and had no complaints about any of the amenities or the hotel staff. I arrived after midnight and had accidentally booked my hotel for the previous day. Hotel staff change my booking day with no hassles.

This Hotel is my regular stay in Manila situated near NAIA airport and MOA (MALL OF ASIA) also near lots of bargain shopping and Church of Baclaran Nice Pool Wonderful Staff real great free breakfast with egg station but internet and service of SMART phone service is not too good newly renovated rooms are comfortable

Filipino flavour with western comforts

Good value about 45 minutes from NAIA. Decor and menus celebrate Filipino textures and flavours while providing western comforts in a family oriented property. 24 hour restaurant and room service is a boon to the jet-lagged. Being accustomed to memory foam, the firm mattresses were very much to our liking. The courtyard pool area is a little oasis. The location is convenient to Baclaran bargain hunting, with hotel staff "shoperones" available to guide the uninitisted. Loop van runs 3 times daily to SM Mall of Asia. Our windowless room was ideal for recovering from jet lag. Generally quiet with low murmurs of passing motorbikes at times and, after 6:00 am, some aitplane noise. Rooms near function rooms may experience some function-related noise. These noises were only apparent to the 1 of the 4 of us who was already awake. My family, who had never before been outside North America, were very comfortable. Overtly Christian in a non-intrusive way.

Central location to shopping.

Clean room good price

stayed here twice while in Manila, this was the first room we stayed at,which was a nice size with a mini bar and flat screen tv and nice sized bathroom, and convenient storage, overall this is a good hotel close to the airport and LRT trains and bus service and has free shuttle to the mall of Asia, and the price of shuttle service to and from the airport was Php 480 which was reasonable, along with us having a lot of luggage worked great as most taxi are very small in Manila,
