Lovely foyer, big and open. No extra charges for parking was great, no issues with finding a park underneath. Property is occupied by residents also and was nice and quiet. Excellent location easy to access. Bed was comfy with good quality linen, bathroom could do with updating but was super clean which is the main thing! Great for a quick stopover with my son for school sport.

Reception closes at 530pm but there was no communication about this. We had to ring the number on the door before we could be checked in. We weren’t given the wifi password. The room was comfortable but in need of modernising.

Property is tired & needs some renovations done. Bath/shower hard to step into and no rails to hold onto. Lots of mould in shower & bathroom. Also, sink in bathroom did not empty properly, obviously the pipes are blocked. Fire Alarm went off and was advised by a renter that it happens all the time. Corridors smell like cigarette smoke and for someone who has allergies and asthma this was not helpful. Definitely, improvements needing to be made at this facility considering the per nightly rate.

The property is dated and need renovation. Could not read calibration on air con (so old) so was freezing. TV was so old - should be smart and was terrible quality viewing. Bathroom is very poor condition. I ordered 2xsingle beds for me (woman 65) and my son (25) travelling with me. I had checked with the property prior to arrival that we would have seperate beds, prior to arrival. My son chose to catch a train home to Lake Macquarie at 10:30 at night, after a 70th birthday rather than make me uncomfortable having to share a bed with his mother. I was very embarrassed. It was a very expensive few hours for me.

Check-in had to phone, didnt have my resevation. Nervous wait for someone to assist. Checkout was frustrating. Dropped key in box, then realised need key to get to my car via lift. Luckilly could fish out a key to get out. Nice place but communication was lacking.

The Nesuto was a nice hotel to stay in, easy to find and parking was also good. The room was good, TV was a little dated and (this is just me) the bed was a little too soft. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

Bathroom was dated and a bit smelly. King bed was two singles pushed together. Food area sink was blocked. Behind the bed was extremely dusty. Parking access was convenient and straightforward.

A good stay, but wanted the room sparkling.

I think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

Dirty floors. Bed was not made from the previous guest, sheets not changed. No one to complain to. Reception closed at 5.30 and all staff disappears. Had to call a central number to get Wi-Fi code.

Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted. That seemed a bit odd? I'd be happy to stay again based on value for money.
