Your receptionist Catalina was awesome from helping us with directions, suggesting food options, even calling UberEats and a cab for us. SHE was the highlight. Okay shower for accessibility but literally nothing else. Please don’t advertise that you are accessible when you clearly are not. In any way.

Nice Queenstown hotel

Very nice Queenstown hotel within walking distance of town and gardens. Due to it’s proximity to the main road there was some traffic noise but overall a very comfortable stay

We stayed here for two nights over Easter. We arrived and parked the car and left it there for two days. We walked down the hill to Queenstown day and night. The location was excellent. It was clean, warm and quiet just what we needed.

Our room and all facilities and fixtures appeared nearly new and well looked after. The location walkable to the centre of Queenstown and with good, if tight parking (although can't complain as our vehicle was a Ford Range and we found a way to fit in). We had a great stay.
