Incredible location, great service. Micheal , Mohamed, Saqib and the front desk team are courteous, understanding, and a credit to the establishment. 5/5. The front desk team puts the guest first and were very helpful on numerous occasions, chose to cancel a stay elsewhere and extend here.

Wenn sich sogar der Prospekt schämt

Schräg stehende Küchenmöbel, komplett fleckige Einrichtung, Resten vom Vorgänger und Lügen beim Check-in sind ein no go. Zustand und Service sind maximal 1-2 Sterne. Nichtraucherzimmer schriftlich bestätigt, trotzdem nur Raucherzimmer erhalten. Baulärm im unteren Stock bereits sehr früh am Morgen. Klimanlage sehr laut ….. WCs in der Lobby ohne WC Papier und unglaublich ungepflegt. Ich hör lieber jetzt auf. Es war eine echte Zumutung und der Preis nicht gerade dafür angemessen.

Beautiful location and close to metro. The apartments needs more cleaning as sofas are all stained, plugs broken and lighting very poor as theres economy light and only one side lamp. Needed to ask for iron, hairdryer as it wasn’t in the room.

It is a terrible interior, furniture and carpet. Sofa was bad too. Washing machine didn't work. Customer service was so bad. Boys were helpful in assisting. But customer service has only one answer, if washing machine breaks what can we do. Except shower, everything is in a poor state. More like a two star housing. They have a pool and gym attached from next door hotel. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the apartment given.
