Location, location, location!!

We really love this place. Been five times. Staff are great. Location is perfect. The place needs some repair. The kitchen could have a few upgrades: ie no ice trays. The coffee maker is too small. Couch needs replacing. Plumbing much improved. Will stay again when we return.

Perfect location, excellent apt

Outstanding location on the best pedestrian street in Cadiz. Our one bedroom apt 2A was exactly as pix show: modern, well furnished & equipped, high ceilings, big windows, balcony. Firm but comfortable bed, good kitchen, roomy living room, full of light because of big windows onto wide pedestrian street. The bedroom of 2A is on the back facing an interior courtyard so zero noise from street and with shutters closed nice & dark. Christian was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. All in all one of our favorite places in Spain!

Walkable distance from everything in the old city. Abundance of cafes/restaurants to choose from for breakfast/dinner and nearby plazas to people watch. Relaxing busking music wafts up from the street below at times.

This place is in the best area of Cadiz. On a street which is very vibrant, accessible and just generally full of energy. The property is well managed. The apartment we generally stay in is very comfortable but does need updating, which we were told would be done within the year. Very clean, safe, cooking facilities and laundry. Great place. Have been 3 times and will go again.

Amazing!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Cadiz, within easy walking of stores, bars, restaurants, attractions and parking. We were given an upgrade (from a studio to a one bedroom apartment) as there had been some confusion over our reservation and we couldn't be happier. Salvatore was pleasant and accommodating. Great value and lovely modernized spacious place within an old palacio. Highly recommended.

All was fine with this hotel --except that we had not been told to pick up the keys to our room at another address, a few doors down. Tired and weary, we had to figure out how to contact the number posted at the door which did not work on the first three tries. IN short, a frustrating arrival.

The property was alright. We booked a room that ended up not being available, so we were given two separate apartments with no view. One had a terrible cigarette smell. The location was great an easy communication with staff, but still disappointing to not have the room or view we booked. No amenities, and the building was under renovation with a lot of hammering.

This Guest House Will Wow You!

This was an extraordinary guest house, very spacious, clean and the location was fabulous. We highly recommend at stay at this property. We plan to make this our go to accommodation when traveling to Cadiz!
