You get what you pay for, calling it a "Suite" is an exaggeration. Room smelled like mold, no kitchenware available, hot plates didn't work, no towels service for 7+ day stay, bugs and roaches in the room.

I cannot believe Expedia represents this property. Its a terrible location, unsafe. Teh office staff are highly under-qualified and the manager is a horrible person to communicate with. I would not even consider this place and frankly have lost trust in Expedia. Runaway.....

Room was not ready when I got there. He told me to come back in half hour. When I did there was no receptionist and office was locked. Came back an hour later. He said he does not have anyone to sweep room or clean tub right now. I told him I will do it myself.

The place is disgusting! It looks nothing like the pictures! Walls are gross, roaches, beds are prisons frames and mattress! They cater to long term very low income residents. Lot of couples arguing and babies crying throughout the day. If you can picture the projects…this would be right in it! I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff in my room so I always took my electronics! I left after 2 days of my 7day stay. They of course kept my money and my deposit! Why is the dump on Travelocity! I thought they had higher standards for the properties they promote! Do better Travelocity!!

There was nothing special about the property it basically sucked most hotels have a store or something around close by that has nothing. You might as well turn it into a damn nursing home. That's all I have to say about that property answer the next..

I understand it is an extended stay but as soon as I arríeles I was told by the front desk lady. That if I needed anything like towel or sheets I would be charged extra, was told I needed to wash the bed sets and towels with my laundry because they won’t change anything until we leave. Honestly felt like there was no type of care about the costumer. No services provided at all

The room was nasty, the carpet was old it needes to be redone and and it has a terrible oder. The bathroom and tub needs to be revamped. The wood flooring needs to be redone its old and has mildew all around the tub and toilet. The water pressure was soo low that the toilet barely flushes. I honestly dont recommend this property to anyone else.

The website said "newly renovated", it should have under construction and infested with roaches. The photos from the website look nothing like the actual place. Everything was covered in a layer of dirt, hair, or roaches. Worst experience I ever had.
