Nice hotel for long staying

Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

Central hotel

Hotel was good and staff lovely. It was very central and close to transport links. Unfortunately due to the high temperature it was difficult to cool down without opening windows and this caused a high level of noise in the room. We were provided with a fan but although it moved air around the temperature was still uncomfortable. Some sort of air conditioning would be helpful especially as temperatures are rising.

Our room had a lot of space but it needs work. Very outdated place, loud bed. No A/C. There’s a fan in the room. And they even give you earplugs
 it’s very loud from the trams and trains on both sides so not possible to sleep with an open window either.

Avec les jours de forte canicule, j'ai Ă©tĂ© surpris par la politique Ă©cologique de l'hĂŽtel qui consiste Ă  s'abstenir d'Ă©quiper les chambre de climatisation alors qu'on est dans les mĂȘmes prix que la concurrence.

Voyage Ă  trois pour quelques jours de dĂ©tente sur Le Mans, arrivĂ©e dans un BĂątiment rĂ©cent Avec un accueil sympathique. Une fois dans la chambre l’enfer a commencĂ©. Le tram passe aux pieds du bĂątiment toutes les 30 secondes faisant un bruits Ă©normes impossible de dormir sauf entre 1h et 5h du matin Nous sommes donc rentrĂ© avec des petits yeux. Séjour au Mans mitigé

L'appartement était trÚs bien, mais : Ascenseur en panne (nécessité de monter un étage pour prendre l'ascenseur secondaire mais une des personnes a des difficultés de locomotion). Insonorisation insuffisante compte tenu de la localisation (trams et train). Par contre, appartement assez grand, propre avec tout le nécessaire.

Établissement trĂšs rĂ©cent et trĂšs propre. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et insonorisĂ©e par rapport aux autres. En revanche, le passage du Tram est bruyant (l'isolation depuis l'extĂ©rieur a-t-elle Ă©tĂ© suffisamment pensĂ©e ?). L'Ă©tablissement le sait, je pense, puisqu'il met Ă  disposition des bouchons d'oreille avec lesquels j'ai passĂ© malgrĂ© tout, une bonne nuit.

Bon sejour, on voit bien que le ménage a été fait parfaitement, mais quelques détails sont à revoir.. le miroir salle de bains complÚtement piqué sur les bords sur plus d'un centimÚtre mériterait d"etre changé et la moitié des rebords du bac de douche sont d'une couleur indéfinissable pas tres engageant Pour le reste parfait et le personnel est tres agréable.

Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenĂȘtres. MalgrĂ© plusieurs ventilateurs mis Ă  disposition l’air Ă©tait difficilement respirable avec 29 degrĂ©s Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. L’appartement est confortable et grand.
