Good overall stay

Good stay at Citadines! Very central, room is quite big and has got all the ameneties. The only minus is the mattress which is quite old as you can fell the springs.

Awesome location between train station and the main part of town. Could walk anywhere from the location. Spacious rooms were great. Coffee machine was a bonus. They were doing some maintenance which meant some waiting at the lifts. They weren’t keen to change towels and rooms weren’t cleaned due to requiring a minimum stay for that ( which was obviously above 4 night stays )

Comfortable and convenient

Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette, ideally located next to 2 train stations and a Westfield shopping mall. Would've preferred to have A/C but was provided with a fan which helped at night. Overall really reasonable and a brilliant place to stay while exploring Lille

Wrong time to visit here

When we arrived the room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned and made ready so we had to go back down to reception and ask for a different room. The hotel is being refurbished which meant there was loud drilling from 8.30 in the morning. The room we were given had a horrible view but was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location is perfect for the stations. Plenty of places around for breakfast so no need to take the hotel breakfast at extra cost to outside.

It’s good overall but there’s a lot of mosquito in the room which gave me quite a few bites all over the body. The room is really hot during the time of my visit so had to open window but its really nosy due to the location so wasn’t able to sleep well at all.

Highly recommended if you want to stayby Eurorail.

The hotel is unbeatable for the price-comfort. Clean room, toilet and bathroom (separate as in many French hotels). The room was much more comfortable than the hotel we stayed in Paris for almost 3 times the cost.

Comfort and great location. However, there is room for improvement for the hotel luggage storage system. If a tagging or system is implement, it should be consistent and communicate amongst the member of staff, to avoid any confusion or loss of luggage.

Great view from 11th floor. Very warm inside so it's good that you can open the large window to suit yourself. Decent sized kitchenette to prepare one pan meals (not that you'd need to as there are plenty of good place to eat whatever your budget). Proper fridge and handy microwave/oven combo. Spare folding chair provided so 2/3 can sit at the table/desk to eat. Perfect location as everything is walking distance around this lovely city.

Very convenient for Eurostar and walking aroung Lille. Clean, modern rooms which were well equipped for a short stay (kitchenette with kettle and pots, hairdryer, fan, iron). Take a mug with you if you want to have a full-sized drink though! Our room facing the Tripost depot was noisy in the late evening/early morning though while we were there - though probably just bad luck (things were being unloaded/people gathering)

Exactly in the top of Shopping mall in between two train stations. The 10€ breakfast is VERY basic. It’s a pity there’s no cattle in the kitchen but fish washing machine and microwave…

Not bad.

Very good space for families. Our doorbell and dishwasher didn’t work. Not the place to stay in real heat as the rooms were very hot with no aircon. Fans were not enough. Rooms weren’t cleaned every day and no cleansing products in room to clean up bathroom and kitchen. Nice to have the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location but no creature comforts!

Great location and the bed was comfortable, room in general was clean and really enjoyed the continental breakfast available (11 euros). Unfortunately, no air conditioning meant the hotel and room was uncomfortably warm. The staff were understanding and provided a fan, but it wasn't really sufficient. The bathroom ceiling also had black mould that had been poorly cleaned away. Although I don't like to give bad reviews unfortunately, I wouldn't return to this hotel, especially in summer!

駅から近く、ショッピングセンターに隣接しているので便利、特に騒音は感じなかった。 ショッピングセンターとは直結してないようだ。 フロントにコーヒー、紅茶の用意がしてあり無料で飲めた。
