Fantastic hotel in the best location in Florence. The new wing has beautiful suites at very reasonable prices and the location can't be beat. I highly recommend this hotel!

Old world charm-modern conveniences

Our stay was incredible-from the location to the service to the grrat accomodations. You want to experience Flroence here. The building is old but the rooms annd accomodations are modern and comfortable. Stay here when you are in Florence.

Close to everything. The hotel is a mix of old and new. Our room was very modern. Nice air conditioning. And the breakfast buffet was very good too. Totally recommended.

This hotel was not great. It was dirty, and the rooms were small. Worst hotel I have had in years.

Convenient location

Location was excellent. A minute walk to all the major tourist sites and shopping in Florence. Staff was kind. Only thing was our room looked nothing like the photos here. They were very outdated, especially the showers! We are 5 member family so we had connecting rooms. Not alot of hotels had that option so it was nice. Considering the price we had paid, not much to complain. We enjoyed our stay.

All the staff were friendly, very helpful, welcoming, and spoke English. Management especially kind and helpful over our need to leave a day early. Excellent buffet breakfast, but sadly, there was no bar in operation (early October 2022) - it had not reopened when Covid restrictions were lifted and so we could not have any refreshment after the kitchen closed at the end of breakfast. Fortunately the cafe/restaurant over the road was very nice, so we had our aperatifs there!

The place is well located, the staff is very friendly except for the person at the restaurant perhaps she was having a bad day but you can tell she was mad. I can suggest to add more things to the breakfast menu other than that was good. I did not received any complementary drinks as per shown on my reservation as a VIP location.

O hotel é moi correcto. Situado no centro da cidade, a cen metros do Mercado Novo e a douscentos da Piazza Segnoria. O cuarto, ben dotado e cómodo. O almorzo podía ser millor. O persoal, todo moi amñabel.
