This is an extremely well maintained property with spacious quarters and excellent kitchen amenities. The staff is very helpful and engaged. It is in an ideal location within a short walking distance to major museums, restaurants and pubs, grocery markets, and public transportation. The surrounding buildings and neighborhood are very charming and appealing for casual walks.

Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy.

Excellent Location, Outstanding Service, and a Wonderful Stay! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. I booked this property at the last minute, and the entire reservation process was exceptionally smooth and professional. The location is fantastic, in a wonderful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The property's safety and security were also outstanding, which gave us additional peace of mind throughout our stay. What really sets this property apart is the management team. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We had stayed at a VRBO in France the previous week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the owner and management company. Our London experience was the complete opposite and a refreshing reminder of how well a vacation rental can be managed. This property offers the best of both worlds: the service, professionalism, and amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel, combined with the comfort, privacy, and convenience of a quality vacation rental. I would absolutely recommend this property and its management company. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book with them again!

Excellent apartment hotel. Roomy, comfortable, GREAT A/C, which was needed since we happened to be in London during a heatwave!! We were in the 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment & the extra half bath was wonderful. Clothes washer/dryer combo did the usual great wash & mediocre dry, but having the machine there was incredibly useful since we were staying for one week and then traveling two more weeks. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt very safe with a doorman. Great location, in between two underground stations, in a beautiful Kensington area. We highly recommend this place and we would stay there again in a minute.

The location in South Kensington was perfect, close to museums, underground and dining. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit clean and well appointed. I enjoyed having a small gym on the premises.I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

Great stay at 130 Queen’s Gate Apartments. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was oversized and very comfortable. The apartment had a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, plus a combo washer dryer. Wonderful place.
